Perfectly situated, this newly built townhome comfortably sleeps 10 and offers three floors of stylish, thoughtfully designed living space.

Ground Floor:
Enjoy the convenience of a private attached garage with both 120V and 240V outlets, ideal for charging electric vehicles.

First Floor:
Relax in a cozy living area with a 50" Smart TV and soundbar, including Netflix and Amazon Prime access. The modern kitchen features a center island with barstools, perfect for casual dining or workspace needs. You’ll also find a half bath, fireplace, coat closet, and brand-new hardwood floors throughout.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen memory foam bed, nightstand, lamp, and closet. (Bonus: a queen-size tri-fold memory foam mattress tucked inside!)
