Located on the outskirts of Phoenix, near the Estrella Mountain Regional Park, this remarkable house serves up a private, relaxing experience, complete with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, pool table, and arcade machine w/ 1600+ games! Pickleball / Sand Volleyball / Basketball courts in neighborhood and equipment in garage to use if needed. Enjoy desert views with a cup of coffee in the beautifully decorated backyard or head out and hit the links at Golf Club Estrella!

Features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 Ring Doorbell device with exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and 1 exterior security camera on the side of the house facing the front (doesn't look backyard). Cameras don't look into any interior spaces. Actively recording during stay based on motion detection and sound.

Work trip with family along

Great property and wonderful stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! The owner, Colby, was very responsive during our stay! The pictures don’t do this house justice. Plenty of space! We enjoyed our Christmas vacation here and would gladly return! Only minor thing were some plates were chipped but that did not affect us, as there’s plenty of dishes and cookware!

Perfect Vacation Spot

What an amazing house for a family. Plenty of space for a group and the pool and hot tub were perfect (even when the temp was only in the 70s and 90s). Everything you need for a stay. Far enough way from all the city craziness but close enough to go to all the fun spots in Phoenix and surrounding areas. Hosts were amazing and kept communication quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back!! Till next time

Wonderful big house

Beautiful comfortable house that was immaculate. Lots of rooms. Each room was spacious. Had everything I needed to cook. Had a few bbq dinners. Pool is a beautiful salt water pool. Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Vacation

We loved our stay! We swam, relaxed in the pool, sat out by the firepit, grilled our food, and read our books on the lounge chairs! We also explored the area-hiking at White Tanks and Skyline Mountain Parks, drove the scenic drive to top of South Mountain, and watched the Air Force jets land and take off outside Luke AF Base. We cooked at home some meals, but also tried several delicious restaurants just 20-30 minutes away.

Family Vaca

This home was amazing! It fit our family perfectly and was exactly as described. The hosts were more than accommodating. The got us a cooler to use on a day trip we had planned, got a few extra throw blankets for our kiddos to use. The outdoor area was fantastic! We loved the fireplace, hot tub, pool and using the grill to prepare our meals. We paid to have the pool heated and it was better than expected, we could walk right into the water without "cold shock" and that was during our cool rainy week. Thank you so much for hosting us in such a perfect way!

Wonderful trip!

The home served as home base for our golf trip. The house was extremely comfortable and well furnished. The hot tub in the evening after a day of golf was perfect and made for a great way to end each day. Communication with the owner was fantastic - very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when visiting the Estrella area.

Excellent!

We had three couples come in for a long weekend. From start to finish the experience was great! Colby was prompt and very efficient with his communication. The house was wonderful, clean, spacious, and everything we needed. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return in the future from VA!

Great House for a family!

Our stay was very comfortable, the 3-bedrooms were great for the children and as Grandparents were able to have the downstairs bedroom. The backyard with the Pool, Hottub, Fire Pit and Grill were our favorite. KP

Great Time!

The house was as beautiful as described. The house was very clean. Everyone commented on how comfortable their beds were. There were so many amenities there that we didn’t need to bring. We spent most of our time in the pool. When we weren’t in the pool we were enjoying the pool table. The upstairs living area was a relaxing place for the kids to hang out while watching tv. We made use of the pickle ball courts that were nearby. I don’t have one negative thing to say about our stay here. Colby was prompt with responding and very accommodating.

Great Place!

Our stay at this property was excellent. Very clean, well stocked and awesome backyard. Truly home away from home. Owner very responsive and provided everything we needed. Easy check in and out. Nice neighbourhood and all that we expected. Enjoyed a local food truck night with entertainment and toured around on some rented e-bikes from a local person in the area. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for letting us stay at your great property!

We had 3 adult couples stay at this house with an amazing outside space, pool and hot tub. Inside had quality beds and furniture. Owner was also very responsive. Overall, a fabulous choice! 👌

Perfect Family Getaway!!

Rented the house with our adult children and granddaughter and it was the perfect property for all! Beautiful outdoor heated pool, spa, grilling and lounge area. Pool floaties for even the little lady!! The games and pool table inside were also perfect for the kid in each of us! 😁 Colby and Chelsea are awesome! Very kind, responsive, and great to work with every step of the way!! Would recommend this property to anyone looking for some sun, fun, and relaxation!! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property

This was a great reunion with our older brother. He lives close by so we traveled here, since he is not healthy enough to travel. This provided a great location to visit, relax outdoors, sit around the fire at night, and use the wonderful kitchen to prepare our meals.

Perfect home for a family vacation

Can’t say enough great things about the house. The property was very clean and fully stocked. The owner thought of everything and made our stay so memorable. Our children enjoyed the heated pool and arcades so much and never wanted to leave the house. The beds were so comfortable and linens were so soft. We forgot our beach/ pool towels and they had them in the house along with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo & body wash. The kitchen was very well stocked with coffee, seasoning, oil, sugar, etc. communication with Colby was great and he was very quick to respond within minutes. Will definitely come back again.

Awesome Place and Great Experience

The house had everything a family needs for a nice getaway. Four large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms were very convenient. The pool table and Arcade games kept us busy when we were there. The neighborhood was clean and very quiet—easy access to the grocery store. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic property/owner

From even before we booked it, communication with owner was top notch. A quiet neighborhood, excellent amenities, beautiful surroundings, ease of checkin, it just is a resounding win. We often stay in the Phoenix area renting homes and condos and I have to say this was one of our very best family holidays for the above reasons! Would like to stay here again in the future.

Great place, great host!

You will not find a cleaner, well equipped, fully functional, amazing back yard and better house than Colby's. The house is probably the best rental we have had ever in North America or Europe. The communication is precise and exact for check-in with everything working as if it were your own place. The location is perfect, about five minutes away from a Safeway, McDonalds, Starbucks and the Lakeside Grill ( a must). Trust me, you will not find a nicer rental anywhere!!

Phoenix Stay

I had a business conference in Phoenix and decided to stay for a few extra days. Stayed at Colby's beautiful home. Everything met or exceeded my expectations. Our Host Colby answered any questions I might have had quickly. The home was very clean and the backyard is resort quality. The house has an Electronic lock for the front door. This feature is very clever no keys to worry about losing for both the guest and host The only minor issue is the location is far south but I knew that going in when I booked the house. I am used to driving long distances in the Phoenix area to get around. There is a Safeway nearby or Walmart so you can load up on supplies. I10 is about a 20 to 25-minute drive away and there are 2 excellent Golf courses within an easy drive. If you are looking for a place to stay and relax this is the house. Everything from a small pool table to excellent beds. This house had everything. The backyard is great. A Pebble Tec pool, with an attached Spa, and a great Bar-B-Q area with a gas fire table. If the opportunity presents itself again I would not hesitate to stay at this house once more. I have stayed in a number of homes in the Phoenix area over the years and this home is top of the list.

Worked very hard doing my research in cities and neighborhoods in the Phoenix metropolitan area and jumped on the opportunity to start my first short term rental in the Estrella Mountain Ranch community in Goodyear, AZ. When I closed in 2021. Love the tall ceilings and wide open areas with a gorgeous backyard to entertain in all day.
