House was perfect and exactly what we needed. Pool was nice and loved that little Italian restaurant right up the street you could walk to. We appreciated the coffee bar also.

Communication with host was great!House was cozy and felt like a 2nd home. Location was within several destinations and stores, which was great!House was very clean when we arrived. Only downfall, we had to search for bath towels. Found the linen closet! That's where I returned them all at the end of our stay. We loved thw pool and enjoyed it the most! Down fall; The hot tub not all the jets worked and NONE of the pool lights worked at all. Made it dark, there were small patio lights for some light. (Leak in the laundry room ceiling when we had a hard rain.)Overall we loved our stay and enjoyed the house and pool!

Great place to stay with extended family. Plenty of sleeping options and room throughout. Enjoyed the pool and decking area. Never figured out how to run the spa which was okay for us. The only problem was the front door lock. The batteries were dead or dying. Our host had to come and give us access which delayed our entrance for about an hour. We came from Cali., stayed a week and loved the old beach house vibes.

Great Old House

This house was great. The downstairs space was amazing and the pool was especially wonderful. The place was rather old and did smell odd, but to be expected for a 100-year old house.

Thanks for everything

Came down from Indy with some fishing buddies. Great house to relax and enjoy the heated pool and Grill out. The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with all the utensils for dinner and Margaritas. Close to Bradenton and the neighborhood was quiet. Definitely be back!

Palmetto Stay

This is a beautiful home and very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood isn't the best but the location is near everything and easy to get to and fro. The landscaping around the home created a very private feeling and you really never saw any neighbors other than when you went out into the driveway to get in/out of your car. Loved this house. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you

get away

It was a good house just needs a few repairs like the glass inserts in the kitchen cupboards scared me that they would crash to the floor every time I got a glass or plate out. but over all it was a nice place to send a couple days.

Nice Big Space

We really liked the cute home. The home was larger than expected which was nice. Full amenities within the home. The lengthy cleaning checklist was the only down side or area to improve. When on vacation you plan to be relaxing, we spent the last hour completely the checklist to make sure we did not get additional fees.

Lovely house

Very nice and comfortable house. We stayed for soccer tournament at IMG. A bit of a strange neighborhood but nice property. Excellent communication with property management when we had issue such as oven not working. We have stayed in many Vrbo properties, and many others had more kitchen/pantry items. This home didn’t have basics like cooking oil, salt, pepper, flour, sugar etc, but otherwise complete with linens, towels, detergent etc.

Nicely appointed property

The house was spacious and comfortable. The pool is very private and surrounded by foliage. It was a refreshing getaway for my wife and I. You could tell the property was cared for. There were a few minor issues:1. Refrigerator water dispenser barely worked. 2. The front door lock key pad was difficult to see. 3.The upstairs bathroom door sticks closed. 4. The microwave turntable did not work. I suspect the owner will address the minor issues. I would enjoy staying here again. There w

Tough luck, good service

There was an issue with the property when we arrived that was outside the owner/property manager's immediate control. The PM had some people over to try to remediate and ultimately agreed to move us into a different and very nice property when it was discovered the fix could take a while. I'm confident this property would have been great if not for this one unfortunate circumstance. The pool was great and other amenities were exactly as hoped/expected, it wasn't the most up-to-date or well-cleaned but perfectly fine.
