Everything far exceeded our expectations. There are so many thoughtful touches here, from the beach items, to the extra toiletries that were there, and the kids games and coloring books. We flew in, so having these extra things were great. Thanks so much, we look forward to another stay.

This property is very nice and clean. We really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and comfortable family room, as well as extras such as a washer and dryer and a wide selection of coffees and syrups for coffee. We will definitely come back.

The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Plenty of towels, coffee with the fixings, every kitchen utensil you’d ever want. We stayed for 6 nights and it was wonderful to have a dishwasher and laundry. We definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very Hospitable Stay

The house is in very good condition and is very clean. The coffee bar is very nice. The house layout is nice. We had a wonderful stay.

The house was nice! There wasn’t a pool - but the owner offered to set up the new pool while we were there but it wasn’t necessary for me. It was pretty clean and close to a lot!

Clean, well appointed, good location. Usually we find a manual with instructions, info, etc. None here, found the movie room by chance the day we were leaving. But would definitely recommend.

This is a great little house with everything you need. It is clean with no bugs or strange smells. You would never know that a dog had stayed in the house. There is great water pressure and we never ran out of hot water. House is in a quiet, safe and convenient location with 5 grocery stores within 10 mins. Very easy to get around town and to Bradenton. There is a great walking/biking path at the end of the street. The host responded quickly to our needs. I would highly recommend this rental.

It was great for the family. Great location, close to the beaches. Had all the essentials that you may need. Some of the door knobs were very loose and so was the toilet paper holder in the Master bath. Other than those couple of things it worked perfect for what we needed. I did message the host twice about my son in-law leaving his prescription glasses, once through Vrbo and once direct and never heard back from the host. Thought that was not very nice of him. It wouldn't be bad but they are prescription glasses that are costly. ): So don't leave anything behind when you leave.

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying here. Victor is great and responded quick if we had any question. The girls love the movie room. We are constaly renting homes bc of kids soccer tournaments. This is the best property we have stayed. The house is fully equipped with personal hygine items like Qtips, razors shaving cream toothpaste, tooth brushes, women care product and many others. Next time we have a tournament by that area we will fir sure rent this house again. Thanks Victor once again fro a great staryed!

Cute house, small issues

After arrival we discovered that the cleaning company had not finished their job. Contacted the host right away and he came with reinforcements and they cleaned the house, and refunded our first nights stay. After that our stay was enjoyable and the host kept in contact to maje sure we were fine.

Cute home

The home was very cute and cozy. Lots of thoughtful amenities like shampoo and lotion. The coffee bar was nice and I personally loved the blender for my breakfast smoothies! To be completely fair we did run out of toilet paper and there wasn’t any left at the property, but publix is a close drive. He said he was dealing with a new cleaning company and he would make sure to remedy the situation in the future. Our only true discomfort was in the main bedroom, the mattress could definitely be upgraded. The porch was fantastic and we spent loads of time on it. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
