Location was excellent. Until size for 4 was perfect. Only downside was A/C located in kitchen area so the kitchen & dining area was cool however the rest of the unit including room, bathroom & even closet felt extremely warm

Amazing Location

The condo has an amazing location, great view, and owner is very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

It was very nice they went above & beyond in accommodating any request ! My only issue was one of the beds definitely needs a new mattress but understandable they don’t sleep there so how would they know … we enjoyed the view the pools and beach right across the street ! I’d recommend it

Great location to the beach.

Just perfect for one or two people if you want a great location to walk to the beach and to Docs Beach House and Coconut Jacks. 3205 was an older unit but clean and was well stocked. Nice pool area. They are studio units with full kitchen and bathroom. Nice view of the Gulf. Property Manager Tucker very accessible and accommodating. Will he returning.

Cheap / low quality /

I booked a 4 days, 3 nights for 4 people. Listing said beach towels, bath towels, toiletries, beach chairs umbrellas everything included for a beach vacation. There were 3 rough very old towels - that needed to be shared w 4 people 2 beach towels - for 4 people 2 beach chairs one new one extremely old and cheap1 smalll very small bar of soap for all 4 of us. (Lasted 1 shower) I wrote to management they said they would bring more towels - the never came, never responded again. The bed comforters looked dirty, very worn have not been replaced in years - same for bed sheetsPillows very thin, also old.Couch and side chair stained old, The buildings / complex look like a ghost town they are still recuperating from last hurricanes that hit them, but never the less the actual condo space needs a lot of tlc Flying nats / bugs in the kitchen - unable to cook or even prepare a sandwich as they will get on everything - even sitting on the table by kitchen was a problem w these bugs AC - does not reach the bed area - prepare to sweat all night. Will not stay here ever again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, Andreina. We’re very sorry your experience fell short of expectations. You’re absolutely right about the poor quality towels, we have since replaced them to ensure future guests have fresh, comfortable linens. As for supplies, had we known you needed more during your stay, we would have happily dropped them off right away. Regarding the A/C, we wish we had been made aware, as we would have promptly sent someone to address the issue. We also apologize for the presence of gnats, the condo has since been treated to resolve this. For the complex, unfortunately the effects of hurricanes are out of our control, but the association has been working hard to recover. The groundwork has been completed, and the pools and pickleball courts are now open. Thankfully, being right across from the beach still makes this a very desirable location. Lastly, we want to note that all photos of the interior are accurately displayed on the listing to avoid surprises. We appreciate your input on areas that need TLC, and we’ll share your feedback with the owner.
