This was a great place to spend a week. Great location, great building, excellent views, and the condo was stocked perfectly. It even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach games. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect beach vacay for our family. Right on the beach, beautiful view, direct access, pool and close to any thing we want to do. Can't wait to go back.

Condo was great

The condo was great and just what was advertised, it felt like home away from home. Had everything you could ask for plus more, the umbrellas and chairs were perfect for hanging out at the beach. We will definitely try and stay here again, Karla and property manager were so easy to work with. We had an awesome vacation

Great rental for our family in Daytona Beach Shores!

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean front views. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Property was immaculate and pool area was very nice. Owner and property manager were very responsive to our questions. Great family oriented environment. I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Condo

Beautiful condo on the beach!! Very clean well kept condo that is fully stocked with everything you need!! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!! We felt comfortable there like a second home!! Would highly recommend!! Karla is great to work with very responsive! The property manager Nick is also great to work with! He is on site and very happy to help! We would rent this condo again!!

A place to revisit

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The location was good and we could walk to shops and restaurants. The pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers. The view was so wonderful. From there, you can see the beautiful ocean and we were also lucky enough to catch a couple rocket launches from the balcony.The condo itself is comfortable and everything you need is there. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Condo!

The condo was very nice. The location is great and the views are spectacular. The condo complex have all the ammenities and ample parking. The pool is beautiful and clean as well as the pool deck. The condo is well equipped and has plenty of beach gear. The owner is easy to work with and answers any questions or issues that you have. There is also a property manager on-site to help with anything. If you love the beach, you will love this condo. Thank you to Karla, the owner for everything. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

So relaxing

Our family of 7 stayed for 8 days at this location. The condo was a bit dated, but so wonderful to stay in! Everything was clean and neat and the building was quiet. The few people we met in the elevator were friendly and courteous. Working with the manager was a joy, and being right on the beach was so relaxing. The kids loved using the boogie boards available, and they were excited to look down from our balcony early one morning and see a few small sharks in the water. We were within a short drive to everything we wanted or needed. We would definitely stay here again if in the area for an extended time.

Great condo on the beach

We were in Daytona for my son's Gymnastic competition. I communicated with the host Karla a lot before our trip. She was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. She is a great host. The condo is beautiful. It's right on the beach with a great view. We would definitely stay here again. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards that are included with the rental was a great bonus for our family since we flew to Daytona. A few things they could change: The toilets are old and don't like to flush very well. As a luxury condo they should really invest in a few new toilets. Also, the front door lock is a bit hard to get unlocked and there were two closets and only about 8 hangers total. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Property was well described and comfortable. Everything we needed and Karla was an excellent communicator Property so convenient to the beach and unit had beach chairs and towels and kitchen was well stocked
