Great Location

We loved staying at this property and the location to all of the wonderful amenities Frankfort has to offer. Just a short morning walk to the bakery for donuts or down to the boats to fish. We stayed with our three little kids and they especially loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Hope to stay here again!

Everything about our stay in Frankfort was perfect. Sandy was responsive and answered all our questions before arrival. There is plenty of parking and outdoor/indoor space. The WiFi was strong and that made it easy for us to WFH. The place was extremely clean and we were able to do laundry on our trip, which is always a huge plus. I hope to stay here again someday!

Perfect in every way

We loved the carriage house, it was exactly as described. There were plenty of towels and beach towels plus a washer and dryer and dishwasher. Everything you would need and more. We were just blocks from the beach and downtown restaurants We walked to the beach every night and saw some beautiful sunsets.

Fabulous Four in Frankfort

What a charming and cozy carriage house. Sandy graciously welcomed us when when our first host cancelled the night before we were to arrive! Sandy allowed us extra privileges to stay outside of the minimum booking. The location and all the amenities made for a memorable and remarkable weekend. We will definitely return and recommend Sandy's lovely carriage home to others with high regards!

Great location and great hosts! The property is in walking distance of anything in Frankfort. We were unable to find some of the kitchen utensils we were hoping for and the ac/heat was slightly tricky to figure out. One of the units was set to AC and we were trying to get heat on another unit (visited in fall) and we ended up having to look up the error code we were seeing.

Perfectly located for easy walk to town and Lake Michigan! Cozy & comfortable! Note that there are a double set of steps to enter property. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house, great location!

The house was exactly as listed. Very clean, great location to the beach as well as a nearby bike path. Tons of hooks and hangars which was helpful. Very comfortable and plenty of room for four of us. Great communication with the property manager. Would definitely recommend!

A little piece of heaven

A beautiful, clean, cozy home with easy, walkable access to Frankfort. We’re already looking to book next year! We were able to sleep comfortably, cook meals, and meander downtown multiple times a day. Parking was easy. And we were thankful for a clean bathroom! Hosts were accessible and even helped us out with some beach necessities.

Perfect little space

This apartment was perfect for my family of 5. To be completely honest, it was the cleanest rental we have stayed at to date. The design is so well done too. The exuberant amount of hooks was so incredibly smart and worked to hang towels, beach gear, etc. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Convenient and cozy

All went well, despite the needed climb to the 2nd floor. (Knees are a challenge!) Owners were kind and very responsive! My stay was a delight!

Labor Day Weekend Bliss

The carriage house was a perfect location from everything in Frankfort. It had all the amenities we needed for the entire family. Hosts were very accommodating and replied very quickly to all messages. We hope to come back soon!

Ideal accommodations

My husband, son and our granddaughter spent two happy days in this property. The owner was very responsive to all questions and communications were exemplary. The carriage house apartment was spotless upon arrival and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the space was airy and bright. And the LOCATION! It was an easy walk to the beach or to the main street for restaurants, a great deli, cute shops and excellent coffee. It is also an easy drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Cherry Republic. It was an ideal stop on our vacation.
