Tucked into the tranquil hills just off the iconic M22, Scenic Escape offers a serene, inviting home base surrounded by Northern Michigan’s best. Designed for relaxation, the home features an open main-level layout, high ceilings, and an airy space perfect for unwinding.



The home includes four comfortable bedrooms: three with king beds and large closets for easy clothing storage, and a fourth with two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. The spacious dining room invites shared meals and conversation, while the cozy, serene living room is ideal for quiet evenings in. A full-size washer and dryer make extended stays a breeze.



Step outside to a small deck where you can enjoy morning coffee and the peaceful wooded setting. The attached garage is used as a modest game room with a small club-size ping pong and pool table. A dartboard is located just inside the adjacent vestibule. You’ll also find a yoga mat and foam roller for your wellness routine.



For outdoor adventures, Scenic Escape is stocked with three kayaks, enough for four people, plus two adult and two youth life vests. You’re just minutes from Lake Michigan’s breathtaking beaches, including Green Point Dunes and Trailhead, the scenic Betsie River, and the championship fairways of Arcadia Bluffs. Crystal Mountain offers year-round recreation, while downtown Frankfort, just a short drive or bike ride away, offers local shops, dining, and arts along the stunning lakeshore.

- No smoking or fireworks are permitted.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.

- Minimum booking age is 25.

- No pets.

- We have partnered with Safely to provide rental property damage protection for all reservations.

- Photo ID required.



Guest Access:

This property features self-check-in. Check-in after 10 pm is not permitted. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

Other Things to Note:

Guests are provided with a small amount of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies.



CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.

•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.

•Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)

•Dispose of food and trash.

•Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link.

•Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)

•Washed, dried, and put away dishes.

•Turn off lights.

•Lock the door.
