On the outside the house looks a bit rundown but the interior was clean and well furnished. The location was ideal as we were spending time in Frankfort and Arcadia. Would stay here again.

The highlights were king size beds in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, plenty of seating in both the living room and dining room and very easy check in process.The home is on the older side and this showed in many aspects of the house.Overall served our purpose but after seeing the house I feel the price was a little high for what we got.

Lovely Stay

Great location. Out of the way yet close to Frankfort. Appreciated the amenity set up. Nicely and tastefully decorated.

House had everything we needed for our annual fishing trip. Very spacious for a big family like us. We'll definitely be staying in again next year.

Location

Perfect location as we were in town to visit family on Lower Herring Lake. Maybe could use some splits in bottom bedrooms but other than that the house was perfect. Clean, kitchen was wellstocked.

The property is clean. The upstairs bathroom had some issues. The room smelled of urine and the shower did not drain properly so you were standing in water. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the pans were not in good shape. Scrubbed on one for a long time and never could get the crude out. Overall we were satisfied. Only there for three days. The beds were very comfortable, towels thick and nice. Great pillows! The furniture was clean. Would stay again. They need to do some repairs to the bathroom.

House is dated but clean. Not much of a backyard but there is a small deck. Living room furniture is comfortable. Note that there are steps up to the main floor. Beds are on the softer side and there is a lot of road noise. Only one smoke detector on main floor and that didn’t work when tested. House served its purpose for this stay (fishing tournament) but I doubt we stay here again.

We’re sorry about the road noise and that the softer beds were not to your preference. We take the smoke-detector concern seriously. After receiving this report, we immediately inspected and tested all six smoke detectors in the home and replaced the batteries. We only wish we had been notified during the stay so we could have had the opportunity to address it right away.

This property was really nice. The house was very clean and well appointed. The furnishings were top notch! Loved the vibe and the attention to detail. Linens were really nice. It is close to everything and easy to get in and out of the driveway. Thank you.

We came as three couples to golf at Arcadia and ride bikes. The location was fantastic for our endeavors. There is a great hike just up the road that takes you to a very private beach. We had the place to ourselves! The beds were comfy and the place was tastefully furnished. We had plenty of kitchen things to make meals for a group of six.
