Relax and unwind in this cozy, newly renovated home featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a screened pool and hot tub, and a beautiful canal-front setting. There’s also a desktop computer available if you need to get some work done or simply enjoy the internet. Spend your days fishing right from the canal, or, if you’re feeling adventurous, take advantage of kayaking and paddle boarding.

You’re just minutes from dining, golfing, shopping, boating, and the beach.

You may contact me anytime if you need anything.

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, it’s perfect for enjoying peaceful walks while taking in the canals, and still close to everything you need.

Great vacation home, comfotable for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the pool, fishing out back, and watching manatees in the canal. Close to the beach and local food options, but tucked away in a safe and friendly neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Bonita Springs! The house was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The lanai and pool were our favorite spots, and we spent so much time enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. One of the highlights of our trip was spotting manatees right in the canal behind the house—it was such a peaceful and memorable experience to watch them glide by.The location was excellent, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and great shelling on nearby Sanibel Island. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area while still being peaceful and quiet.Communication with the host was easy, and everything about our stay went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bonita Springs area!

Great Stay

My family of 3 were very comfortable here. The beds are great, it was very clean, the pool was wonderful and the neighborhood was friendly and quiet.

The house was just as it was pictured. It was newly renovated due to the hurricane and was very nicely done. Wonderful place to stay.

Long weekend with the kids

We loved our stay here! The location is great on the channel, fun to hang out and my husband and son loves fishing. The pool area is fun and you’re just close enough to the beach.

The property was as shown in the ad , very clean and neat inside and out. Location was in a quiet neighborhood but you were not far from all that the area has to offer. The house had all you need to enjoy your stay. Beds were comfortable , the kitchen island was perfect for hanging out , the A/C worked great and the furnishings provided us with lots of comfort when we returned after a long day. The pool and hot tub area were really great and included a perfect area to grill and enjoy dining outside beneath the covered patio. The additional patio down on the canal was perfect for relaxing with a drink and watching the different species of fish jump in and out of the water. The check in process was seamless ( we have not done VRBO very often ) so we were a bit concerned if things went awry but the hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any question(s) we had. I am certain i am leaving something out but we would recommend this rental to our friends and in fact looking to rebook for next year.

Enjoyed the pool

We had a great stay in Bonita Springs/Estero. House was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice for walking; neighbors were friendly. Very close to a lot of nice shopping and restaurants, but tucked away in a relaxing and private location. The pool and hot tub were the best!

April Getaway

We had a blast staying at this great house! The owners were great about communicating, and, they did a wonderful job remodeling the home. Having access to the canal and bay was great for boating and fishing! We will certainly stay here again when we are heading back to Southwest Florida...

Perfect get away!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's tucked away in a quiet little subdivision with great neighbors. Very close to many bars and restaurants. The large TVs in each bedroom made it feel like home. Chadd was a wonderful owner who was on the spot to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
