The place was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to be only a block away from a nature trail. We kayaked in the river with friends and rode our bicycles around the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay in The Dahl House! Check-in was a breeze, it was clean, everything in good working order, friendly neighbors too. It is really close to Wabasso Beach just as the description says. Nice local restaraunts, reasonable prices, and good food. Look forward to returning!

Excellent!

We enjoyed staying here. The location is great, close to everything needed. We hope to stay here again in the future. Neighborhood is quiet and clean.

Great location!

Nice neighborhood. Close to store and the beach. I rented for my daughter and her two kids so my sister in laws could stay at our house from out of state to visit.

The location was excellent. The place was neat and clean, and we would gladly stay again if some issues get resolved - #1, the plumbing. The plumbing worked, but we had to plunge the tub & toilet a bit after use (and we did notify the owner, who said he will address the problem). Also, when we arrived, we had no toilet paper or laundry detergent, so we had to go out and buy it - and the refrigerator needed a couple of filters (both air & water filters). Overall, we liked it and felt it was a very good value for the money.

Good location, quiet neighborhood

House interior was clean, outside screend patio was very dirty, cleaned it myself. Listing states gas grill, no grill. Home is on of many duplexes in the neighborhood.

There is both a gas grill and a charcoal grill. Not sure why you stated there wasnt.

The property was in fantastic shape as we take photos before and after cleaning. When you left you left the property a complete mess.

Review of the Dahl House

The Dahl House is as advertised. Neat and clean, in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The owner, Jury, makes himself available to answer all questions. Five minutes to the Indian River Lagoon and Riverview Park where you can walk and talk to other snow-birds. Wonderful seafood restaurants on the Lagoon. Crab-e-Bill’s and Squid Lips are our favorites. From Captain Hiram’s you can take a tour boat out to look for dolphins or over to Pelican Island to see the birds roost at dusk. If you have the time, drive down to Vero Beach and visit the McKee Botanical Garden, the high point of our stay. I would definitely consider staying here next year. Alex

Would stay again

I highly recommend the Dahl House. It is easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were super quick (immediate) to respond any time I had a question. The towels were soft, the water hot and the A/C good. The owners offered extras like microwave popcorn and a wide assortment of coffees and teas. The outside patio is perfect for coffee with morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening shade. The TVs are nice and big but only offer Roku and other programs from your own apps. It took us a bit, but we did find news stations from many cities. I would definitely stay here again.
