Escape to this beautifully remodeled ranch-style home, featuring a circular driveway, fully fenced backyard, and a spacious screened saltwater pool (not heated)—perfect for cooling off on warm Florida days. Lounge chairs and pool towels are provided so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.
Inside, you'll find a bright, semi-open floor plan with a comfortable living room, updated kitchen, and family room that provides additional space for relaxing or sleeping. The fully remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The large primary suite offers a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a dedicated mini-split air conditioning unit to keep the bedroom extra cool and comfortable at night. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services.
Step outside to the covered lanai, where you'll find outdoor dining and a Weber grill overlooking the pool. The fully fenced yard is perfect for children and approved pets to play safely, and we've included games for the whole family to enjoy.

Quiet location but close enough to the things we had planned. Easy check in, host replies quickly and truly wants your stay to be as comfortable as possible. I appreciated the pool towels being available as well. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! We just loved the house. It was in close proximity to our family in the area. Very clean. Comfy couches and beds. Great pool. Host was really helpful. We can’t wait to stay again.

House was dellightful. Spent way more time there than expected because of a bad accident with my arm. Backyard was a hit with our pup!!!

We had a wonderful time at your house. The house had plenty of room and very clean, and the best part is that it was only a couple of streets away from my family!

I’m glad you found the house comfortable. There’s nothing wrong with the pool, as my house description said it is NOT heated, I’m sorry if you thought otherwise.

Large property, with a pool, in quiet neighborhood, close to Springs. Great if you want to go explore and come back for a swim and a cookout.

Beautiful place
We enjoyed this home from the time we arrived a until we left . Everything you need is in this place .. would definitely stay again

Check in/out was easy. The owner was very open to communication and on top of things! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need! Would definitely stay again!

Great House and Location
Made a great home base of exploring the area. House is well-appointed, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner communicates excellently and is prompt to respond with any questions. We would love to stay again in the future.

Great place and very clean
Check in was easy and the house was very clean and everything was there for me.
My neice and nephew loved the pool and would stay here again

Older property but wonderful amenities.Love the way the light switches etc are marked. Everything that you could want was there.Bed’s comfortable.Host very responsive

NICE LITTLE HOME
Nice little home with proper amenities. Enjoyed our stay to visit extended family in the area. Good, centralized location from Crystal River. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful vacation!
We loved our vacation at this home. Donna was super nice and very accommodating. The house has everything you will need and then some. We can't wait to stay there again.

It is a 3 minute drive to Winn Dixie or Publix and local restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the Crystal River and the Gulf of America where you can go fishing, boating, swim with the manatees, sunset cruises and beach access.
