Exactly what we were looking for. Host was great, super communicative and helpful. Everything was perfect for our getaway. The house is well stocked for a rental, super comfortable and in a safe quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool, sitting on the dock and close proximity to Fort Island beach.

We just finished our nine day stay in Charlie's Crystal River House. It was the second time we have stayed there. Everything was perfect. The house and scenery were beautiful but it's the little things that count and Charlie's house has everything. We have stayed in homes that have 10 wine glasses and no plain plastics tumblers to leave on the bathroom sink. My 82 year old husband is very particular about his toilet paper and quality of the paper was great, no complaints and he is not bashful about complaining. Paper towels were top quality not cheap dollar store stuff. Bikes in the garage were a hit. Charlie's house feels like a home not a professionally managed investment property. Being dog friendly means a lot and I'm sure we'll be back next year.
