Our condo, The Gathering Place, is located within Sandpiper Cove. Sandpiper Cove, located on beautiful Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin, is a private gated community only one to two blocks away from the grocery store, drug store, movie theater, variety stores, restaurants, and attractions. In fact, one of Destin's premier restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe) is on the premises and only steps away from our front door.

Sandpiper Cove Resort offers you more amenities than any other resort on the Emerald Coast, with 43 acres of fun for you and your family! Amenities abound, including boat ramp, marina, docks (Boat Docking on site at additional cost), 24-hour security, six lighted tennis courts, five pools (two heated), three hot tubs, and a FREE 9-hole par 3 golf course.

We offer Free Beach Service set-up that includes two chairs and an umbrella (March-October).three TVs, Free Wi-FI, one DVD player, washer and dryer, central heat/air, and a balcony directly on and overlooking the canal. Park your car at our front door and park your Boat or Jet Ski at our back door.

Don't worry about what you forgot to bring. From beach chairs, sand buckets, coolers, and condiments, we have thought of everything a family like yours may need.

Read a book or watch a movie from our personal selection while the kids fish or crab under the balcony .

Everything was just perfect for our stay!! We love this property and the hosts are very nice and responsive. The condo is bright, clean, and stocked with plenty of kitchen and beach items. We can’t wait for June 2027 to come back!!!

We have been to Sandpiper Cove 3 years in a row and this was our favorite spot so far. The kids loved the short walk to the pickleball courts. The swimming pool and Louisiana Lagniappe are just steps away from the front door. The condo has a great view of the canal off the patio and was perfect for fishing. Best part was the beach setup included with the rental! My favorite family vacation so far!

This was our third time staying here we absolutely love this place! It is perfect for our family. The home is clean, welcoming, stocked with the essentials. The beach is right across the street and the beach set up is a great bonus! The back deck over the canal is my favorite place to relax in the morning and night time. The host is very responsive as well. We will definitely be back!

Another Great Vacation!!

Our favorite place at Sandpiper Cove!

Always love staying here! The owners are always so generous and helpful. Everything you need is in the condo. Our children love playing with the sand toys.

Great place by the beach!

We had a great stay. It was a well equipped apartment with everything we needed for a week long stay in Destin. Thanks for sharing your place and having the beach set up provided was a great bonus.

No need to lug chairs and umbrellas around! We also love having Rick's Sand Trap right on the beach in case we get hungry or want a cool drink. Great Location and Relaxing Stay

As always, our visit to this condo was the highlight of the summer. It is a great location, well-appointed, and the hosts are great to deal with when you have questions. We have easy access to everything- close to a pool, a nice restaurant 100 yards away, and the beach is just a short walk.

Perfect condo for our family

Our family loves Sandpiper Cove and love staying in this condo. It has everything we need beach chair set up, 5 pools. My son amd i love the par 3 course. Can't wait to cpme back.

Great condo

We stay at sandpiper every time we come to Destin. You can’t beat the location. This condo is well equipped and the decor is everything it should be with all things beachy

Being a few steps from our favorite pool and the tennis courts is a plus for us. I hope you enjoyed the free beach setup. It saves having to lug chairs and an umbrella over to the beach.

Just like home

Property was beautiful! Decor made you feel like you were at home! We had a great time. Super close to one of the pools and the restaurant! Will definitely stay again!

Great vacation

We had a great time! Had everything we needed, my son loved fishing off the back porch, my kids loved the pickleball courts and the umbrella/chair set up was great! Do want to add the master bed is pretty firm for those who prefer a softer bed. Thank you!

This was our 2nd stay at sandpiper cove, but first at this condo. We enjoyed it so much and hope to come back in the future. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more, as well as very clean. Perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed feeding the fish and ducks everyday from the patio and watching the boats come and go. Sad to leave, thanks for a great stay.

Great Location and Great Condo

This condo is in a great spot for beach and restaurant access. The condo has a lot of space for a family and is well stocked with helpful items in the kitchen and plenty of beach toys in the closet. Coming here is always a great experience and the owners are easy to communicate with if anything comes up.

This was our second time staying at Sandpiper Cove. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk away. This condo worked well for us. We love having beach equipment available. Awesome as always!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it again. We were able to fish the canal, reserve our beach spot every morning, and cook for our kids with ease. All necessities are there for you. We will definitely stay here again because it’s our favorite place to stay at Sandpiper Cove!

Annual family beach trip

This is our second time staying in this condo we love it! The location is perfect for the beach and everything we love to do when we visit. My favorite is sitting on the back deck in the mornings and evenings. Everything is clean, well taken care of, easy check in and check out. We’ve already starting panning for next year! Highly recommend this condo!

Great condo! Would stay again

Very happy with this condo. Great location in a very quiet area within the resort. Condo was very clean and well stocked (kitchen, beach items, games/books etc). The beach service is a nice touch. The balcony over the canal was a huge hit with our kids. The owners were responsive to deal with

Great Place!

Bruce, we really enjoyed our vacation at The Gathering Place. Your condo was very clean, comfortable, and homey. All the little extras from the kitchen supplies to beach supplies helped make the vacation fun. We really enjoyable watching the boats coming in and out of the canal from the deck.
