Amenities: 3BR/2B***(Single Level Home) {2Q, 1D, 1T, 1DS/S} WIFI and Apple TV, O/S Shower, Bikes, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Central HVAC, W/D, Screen Porch. Located in quiet area of the island this home is spacious and has large back screened in porch.

THIS HOME DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS OR TOWELS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our vacation at the Oyster Shack vacation was nice to find everything we needed at the home.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was nice to find bicycles all in good working order for the entire family.We really enjoyed the screened in back porch during our morning coffee with the quiet secluded neighborhood .

Quiet and homey

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this house was a nice refuge during our week at the beach. Amazing screened in porch. The house is not well-equipped. Very little in the kitchen; could use upkeep repairs; 3 of 4 bikes are for kids; curtains let in all of the light so you’re up at dawn, etc. Very homey, if not luxurious.

THIS HOME NEEDS MORE WORK ON HOME TO MAKE IT RENTABLE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GREAT LOC, GREAT HELP FROM YOUR STAFF WITH OUR PROBLEMS,CLEANLYNESS NEEDS HELP,SCREENED IN PORCH BEST THING ABOUT HOME EXCEPT DEAD BUGS on floor I could go on but I don't want to beat a dead horse any more,callme for further problems.
