Welcome to our peaceful oasis in the sought-after Desert Princess Country Club. Our spacious, bright & airy 3 bed/2.5 bath home offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest. In addition to large living/dining rooms, the star of the show is the backyard, complete with large, private pool, spa & endless views. Our home offers quiet serenity mixed with modern amenities, providing you the ultimate in comfort & relaxation. Feel like a local while enjoying the best that Cathedral City has to offer!

Designed to evoke the ultimate in relaxation and serenity, this spacious and airy 3-bedroom home is located in a prime, gated Cathedral City community. Our relaxing oasis features a large outdoor space complete with pool and spa, chaise lounges and additional seating overlooking the mountains, comfortable living and dining room furniture, and tons of open living space to enjoy and unwind in.
Recently renovated, our property comes furnished with all the comforts of home. Our property features updated appliances & multiple elements that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bright and airy living room contains a large comfy couch, fireplace, flat screen TV, and even features a grand piano certain to entertain your entire group. The oversized living room area overlooks the Desert Princess Golf Course and majestic San Jacinto Mountains, instantly offering you a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you step inside.
The living room opens out to the spacious dining and kitchen areas, which contain a large dining room table that’s ideal for dinner parties. The chef's kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cooking tools & utensils and tons of counter-top space for you to create that perfect meal. The entire kitchen/living area is open concept, offering easy access to either indoor or outdoor dining and entertaining options. Once outdoors, you'll get to enjoy our covered outdoor patio area, perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.
Our three bedrooms are equipped with comfy, cushy mattresses for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with high thread-count sheets to give you that perfect night’s sleep. There are two primary suites. The first bedroom contains a plush King-size bed and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower.
The second primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom and additional space extending from the main sleeping area. This can be used as an office or entertainment den. It also features an additional pull-out couch that converts to a single bed. The room even comes with a rolling TV stand, which can conveniently be moved from the bedroom area to the office at any time. The third bedroom features a Queen-size bed and SmartTV. All bedrooms have tons of natural light coming from the many windows surrounding our property.
The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show at this property, offering stunning views of the mountains in every direction. Several comfy chaise lounges & chairs, a dining table and additional bistro set allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a large BBQ grill, perfect for that outdoor meal watching the sunset over the mountains. Please note the backyard is on the golf course and not fully enclosed.
Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary WiFi throughout the house, SmartTVs, on-site washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, two car garage parking, complimentary bicycles and toiletries in every bathroom.

You’re renting the entire house and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively! Guests also have access to the Desert Princess Golf Course, along with additional amenities such as community pools & spas, tennis/pickleball, basketball, bocce, racquetball courts, fitness center and restaurant (additional fees may apply).
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!)
**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR property shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR property at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Primary guest will be required to show photo ID at checkin.
- Enjoy the outdoors of the property, but please keep children and animals from trampling our beautiful landscaping.
-Occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
- Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) will be included in your booking - 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID). Does not apply to long-term bookings.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are allowed (2 pet max, under 25 lbs), with a fee of $100 per pet.
- Pets must be approved and pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. Please pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. If there is extensive pet damage, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee.
- The front yard is fully enclosed. The back yard is not fully enclosed, so pets must be leashed. Pets are not allowed on the golf fairway behind the house.
POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat).
- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
- Spa heat only is $25/day.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block
