Beautifully renovated Crooked Lakefront Condo 1 Bed & 1.5 Baths-Legacy Up North

Beautifully remodeled lakefront condo with breathtaking views of Crooked Lake from the main living area and the bedroom. Walk out of this ground level condo onto the private courtyard to enjoy a coffe by shore.This location is the beginning of the Inland Lakes Waterway and one block from the paved bike path that takes you to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Alanson and Petoskey State Park. Nub's Nob and Boyne Highland Ski hills are only minutes away. There is 1 full bath with walk in shower and double sinks and an additional powder room off the kitchen and a large bedroom with a king size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. There is an additional inflatable queen mattress for extra guests. The sunrises are amazing !!! Our courtyard offers gas grills, dining tables and a fire pit. There is also a beach area right at the condo for your enjoyment. If you are a winter sports enthusiast, there is ice fishing right out your front door and you are minutes from the snowmobile trails and ski hills. Come stay and enjoy all that northern Michigan has to offer!

Perfect place for a cozy get-away

This 2-room unit was perfectly sized for our party of 3. It was super clean and outfitted with comfy, stylish furniture. The master bathroom was very spacious and there was a bonus bathroom in the living room area. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent place on crooked lake

We had a wonderful time , the condo was well appointed and stocked. Toni and Chris were two of the best hosts anyone could ask for. I will definitely stay again!!!

Fourth of July get away

Wonderful, newly renovated, meticulously clean modern condo with a beautiful lake view and just minutes from downtown Petoskey. Hosts were very accommodating, and provided everything needed for our stay. Would highly recommend for a small family.

Relaxing vacation in a quiet area

We had a wonderful time away on Crooked Lake. The condo was incredibly clean as well as well decorated and cozy. We enjoyed the outdoor seating to sit and relax at in the evenings. It was the perfect distance to Petoskey. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Great location, well appointed condo

Condo was close to many attractions in Petoskey. All newly remodeled, with everything you need for a nice getaway for two. The condo has great view of Crooked Lake.

Perfect Location - Beautiful Condo

Wonderful experience! The condo was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our view right out to the lake - so very peaceful! The location was perfect, close enough to lots of our favorite Up North places. We would definitely stay the next time we're in the area.

Cozy home away from home

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable, easy to find and central to many things to do in the area. Communication with the owner was easy with fast responses. My husband and I will definitely stay at this condo if we return to the area!! Thank you for the hospitality!

Condo on the Lake

Clean comfortable, beautiful view. Manicured lawn with lawn furniture cleaned every morning. Centrally located for the Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Charlevoix area for dining and exploring. Try Bob's for breakfast in Alanson.

End of Summer Get Away

The rental was perfect!! Clean, right on the water, updates, and quiet! We were able to bring our kayaks and enjoy some time on the water, in addition to exploring the area and enjoying the trails in and around the area. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return!!

Amazing Property!

This condo was spectacular. So clean, comfortable bed, great location in the building. The condo faces the main courtyard and water. We enjoyed having our coffee on the patio each morning and enjoyed having a glass of wine by the beach in the evening.

Perfect Treasure

This condo is beautifully updated and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed visiting Harbor Springs and Petoskey, and also loved sitting lakeside with a glass of wine. Everything was perfect!!

Anniversary Get away

The property is perfect. All the comforts of home on Crooked Lake. The owners have provided a relaxing, comfortable place to get away with the opportunity to see the fall colors. We are taking about when we'd like to visit again.

Waterfront delight

What a perfect floor plan——beautifully renovated——-1.5 baths very helpful even for 2 people. The best equipped VRBO we’ve stayed in. Ground floor great. So clean. Appreciated the owner’s communication prior and during our visit.

Perfect little stop on way to Mackinac Island

First time using VRBO as we needed a place to stay between Traverse City and Mackinac Island. The condo is on the water giving a wonderful breeze. Perfect couple condo

My husband and I were so happy with the condo. It was cozy and beautifully clean, and Toni had catered for every possible thing you would ever need during your stay; no shortage of anything. Wonderful stay

We have stayed at this place before just a different room. The room we had this time blew the other one out of the water. They have a already binder which was easy to navigate and also gave ideas for what to do. I loved this. Everything else was clean and neat. Very presentable.

Updated condo in central location

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is nicely updated and the kitchen is well-stocked with equipment if you choose to cook. Our only issue is that the AC units are very loud. The unit has a nice communal outside area overlooking the lake. Everyone seemed very friendly. The building doesn't look like much from the street but is nice and quiet on the other side. Only a few minutes drive to downtown Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and more.
