Most uncomfortable bed, shower light didn’t work, fan light didn’t work, sliding door doesn’t shut tight, noisy neighbors. Heat pumps are switched to heat only and it was too warm in the room. All 3 top units cannot run independently. Not communicated via note or in listing. Do not recommended. We actually left a night early because we couldn’t get any sleep. Do not recommend.

Stayed for 9 nights in mid July 2025…to say the location is idyllic is an understatement…the views from the condo of the Ogunquit River make hanging out on the deck magical…the beach and downtown are so convenient…the condo is stocked with everything you need…thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Top notch location

My wife and I booked a week at the waterfront condo and could not have been more pleased. The view doesn’t get any better then this. Communication with the owner was top notch and made check in and check out a breeze. My wife and I absolutely would stay here again!
