Great stay while visiting son at U of G

Property is very comfortable. Great kitchen and sitting area. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Only recommendation would be to turn up heat to take the chill off before a guest checks in on cold night.

Everything we Needed

This property had everything and more. We were staying for a quick overnight to visit friends nearby. They had everything we needed and then some. Thank you!

Missing some things

The property was fine… It was clean, but there was a musty smell in the basement. We could not get regular TV on a football weekend which was a bummer to my husband and there was no coffee provided although the coffee maker and the filters were there. That was very disappointing as we had to go back out at 10 o’clock at night to buy coffee. I suggested that they have at least some type of starter coffee service of just a good basic generic coffee. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and not once have we had to go back out and buy coffee. Other than that, the stay was satisfactory. The Homeowner was responsive.

Hi There! We are so surprised to see only a 3 star review, as any other guest that we have had has thoroughly enjoyed the space. We indicate on our listing that coffee is not provided, but since your stay we have since taken your suggestion into consideration and have started providing coffee in the space. Also, in our listing, it indicates that there is no satellite or cable in the space, but we do have a Smart TV in which many apps are available. We are so sorry that you were not able to navigate the Roku on the TV. We hope that we have the opportunity to host you again in the future and earn a five star stay! Josh

Super Cute,@ Quaint

Hosts were amazing and the room was so comfortable. My daughter and I came up for a quick visit to tour UGA campus and it was the perfect distance for us. We highly recommend it
