Secluded 1BR off a quiet cul-de-sac, under a grove of live oaks so stayed cool even on sunny days. Convenient short drive to the UGA campus to work with colleagues, as well as to grocery stores and restaurants. Visited in the mornings by black tailed deer. Sidewalks through adjacent neighborhoods were great for an evening stroll. Kachi was great as a host, checked in to make certain everything was going well. Would gladly stay again if in Athens.

Pet friendly; which was purrrfect for our cat with special needs. Nice and clean. My husband & I came to Athens for my niece’s graduation from veterinary school, and we knew our little Shadow would be safe and comfortable. Excellent communication.

Great place to stay!

This was a very spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay. The check-in/out process was very easy. It's a short Uber ride to downtown Athens. I highly recommend this property.

Cute base for UGA parents visit

This is a great place to stay when visiting your UGA student. Comfortable and a quick drive to campus.

Loved this cute apt while in for a parents weekend. Near Athens, campus and resturqnts.

First off it’s very clean which is most important. I stayed for 6 weeks. It’s great for a solo or couples trip. It’s 10 mins from downtown Athens. They also have a great backyard that my dog loved sun bathing in every morning. You got just enough supplies in the kitchen to cook a good meal. There is a large comfortable bed and a big comfy couch. And they had all the streaming apps logged in. The place is small but I had my friend over all the time and it was just big enough for two guests at a time. The hosts are so sweet. My great grandmother died while I was there and they were checking on me. And my dog hurt himself in the backyard and they were checking on him to see if he was ok. If you are looking for a place to stay in Athens I highly recommend.

one night visit

had no power in Augusta from hurricane so needed a night to recharge batteries, shower, etc - location convenient and bed comfortable

Quiet Location close to UGA

The host was very friendly and helpful when we spoke with him. We unfortunately did not use Google maps, and Apple Maps marked the house on the wrong lot. It was almost a 2 hour comedy of errors before we finally arrived! In reality it is only 11 minutes from the Terry Business College! The unit has everything you need for a weekend visit.

Stay was fine

A little pricey for the experience, but other places were booked. Pulled into cul-de-sac that was dark with unused lots. Low cost renovation. Feet were pretty dirty after walking on floors. How about some sugar work coffee?
