Great place to stay in the middle of Athens close to everything, great place overall.

Communication with the host was seamless with prompt responses. Property was clean and advertised accurately. Quiet neighborhood that was convenient to UGA and downtown.

My children stayed

They said that the property was lovely. The communication from the owner left a lot to be desired. We asked specific questions that were never answered; like how to check out.

Great condo and excellent location

We spent the weekend at Oskar’s townhouse with another couple. The unit has great space and a very convenient location if you’re visiting UGa or taking in the sites and going to a concert, like we were. Also, communicating with Oskar was very easy and quick.

Good location

Great location for graduation. Easy parking and space for two vehicles. Very good communication with the owner. Ice maker not working but we didn't need it for our stay.

Below average

This condo is in an old, worn building. The neighborhood is OK. The furniture and bedding are average to below average. The drawers in the kitchen don’t have handles. We only stayed one night and are glad that we didn’t have to cook anything.

Great Location!

I can't say enough about this property. We stayed for a little over a week and had a great time. Everything that we needed was provided and the place was really clean. We were within walking distance of 5 points, the city zoo and hiking trails. We will be staying there again.

Family Visit

This was exactly what I was looking for. Close to my family, extremely clean and larger then what I expected. Looking forward to my next visit and hoping this will be available when I come back.
