We are a short 5-minute walk to the historic "Swinging Bridge" and the Arroyo Grande Village with a lot of dining and shopping
options. Our home has plenty of parking, a huge deck, a remodeled kitchen.......and we are only minutes from the beach, Lopez Lake, and several golf courses.

Great place to stay

Felt just like we were at the family cabin. Indoors, it was clean as a whistle & furnishings were very comfortable. Patio was perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend!

This home is in such a great location and was perfect for my stay. It is a very relaxing property and the large deck was perfect to lounge an afternoon away. Communication with the property manager was very good. She is very responsive and was a joy to work with. My family and I loved this stay and look forward to booking here again!

Great house

We enjoyed this house so much we plan to come back next year! You can walk to the village and the beach is just a short drive down the road. Very clean, fully stocked with anything you might need and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfectly charming accommodations!

We will be back! This is a spacious and well maintained 2 bedroom home that sits back off the street in a quite setting with ample parking. Located in the charming village of Arroyo Grande within a 3 block walk to shops and dining. Beaches are a 10 minute car ride away. We all loved our stay here and we will be back. Owners were great. Highly recommend this vrbo rental.

A Trip Back In Time

This two bedroom old style ranch home features a Santa Maria barbecue, which we enjoyed with our family. The deck with patio furniture is pleasant for gatherings. It is a short walk to the village of Arroyo Grande where restaurants are located. The property could benefit from some landscaping as it is surrounded by hardscape with plenty of parking.

The "clubhouse" at AG

Found the property to be very comfortable, well maintained, and clean. It has enormous outside space, just perfect for celebrating the holiday with our extended family on a warm (76 degree) Christmas afternoon.
