Overall impressions of the property were very good, they allowed us to bring our dogs which allowed us to take a vacation. Lots of amenities.

Beautiful house in an area that is close to everything. Property Management was quick to reply with info and answer any questions I had. Nice backyard space and very comfortable beds!

It was a beautiful blessing to be there with all my children and family

It was pleasant and cozy everyone enjoyed our mini Vaca not far from the beach and stores the only thing they didn't have was a vacuum and washer

Great property and location

The house is super cute and very inviting! Loved the beachy decor. The house is centrally located, close to stores and restaurants. The check in and out process was very easy. The keypad to the front door was down to 10% battery and someone from Dogs property was notified and came over to replace the batteries. Thank you! It would have been interesting if we were locked out. We had a great time! Thank you for renting your home out to us!

Clean and spacious

This home was clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood with a very nice (small) neighborhood park less than a block away (would be great to take kids). Just a 5-10 minute drive to Pismo Beach, and we enjoyed being away from the noise and traffic. If you are planning to do a bunch of cooking in this home I might bring a few essentials of my own. The kitchen is spacious and clean and has the basics, but we were wishing for a few of our own things. Again, if you're not cooking full meals, this wouldn't be an issue (and we were able to make do well enough). We would definitely book here again.

4th of July Family Weekend

Overall, the property was acceptable, however we were surprised it lacked basic items such as liquid dishwashing soap and kitchen towels. There were no condiments or spices as specified in the listing and very few baking dishes. We were unable to prepare basic meals. Also, there were tears in the master bedroom screen door and curtains, most likely from a pet.

Lovely property

What a lovely house! The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms were all well appointed and clean. We didn't use the three season room as it was a little stuffy (and we didn't need it). We did water the plants in that room as they looked very thirsty! We found that the dishwasher hadn't been emptied and we couldn't find a baking sheet anywhere, but other than that the kitchen and supplies were in great shape. The only challenges we faced were the bathroom outlets weren't working (in either bathroom), the a/c kept resetting to a much higher temperature (presumably when the programming switched to it's next time/setting, and we didn't want to change the programming), and a couple of extra bath towels had some ugly stains on them. The owners provided a very helpful and welcoming "manual" and have taken good care of their property. We enjoyed our stay!

A nice property but several small things:Not in any order1. The roller rod that held the toilet paper onto the rack was broken 2. Barely adequate cooking pots and pans3. Wanted a background check and requested it after they acccepted payment when o called they said I did not have to do it4. Pillow cases did not fit and no pillow selection5. Garbage bins had not been taken out to the street and when we checked in were full. The service they said was paid to do it did not so I didSliding curtain in master bedroom broken7. Some carpets really deeply stained. Probable needs steam cleaning 8. No ice or ice trays (that we noted)9. Wore sticking out on right hand side when you sat down on one couchIn spite of above a nice little house. Basically clean and comfortable. Above is small but it prevents a 5 star rating
