Hillside view with hot tub too

This house is the 2nd home on the property (main home is also STR). Located at the top of a private driveway with a beautiful view of the hills. Fully stocked kitchen with fridg/freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5 burner stove, microwave, ice maker, osmosis system, fully automatic espresso maker. 65” QLED TVs in living room and bedrooms. Patio furniture with covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6. EV/Tesla charger in garage.

The whole house is yours - kitchen, living room with queen sleeper/sofa, 2 bedrooms (1 CK bed, 1 queen), 2 bathrooms with showers, towel warmers, and bidet toilets; front patio/dining area, enclosed rear yard with hot tub and grass area. Ceiling fans with light fixtures and remotes in bedrooms and living room. Washer and dryer in garage. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, ice chest, and beach wagon. Indoor and outdoor games, ping-pong table. High chair, play-yard/crib, toddler plates/cups/silverware.

You will have exclusive use of the entire property including front and rear yards. Parking for up to 4 cars in front of property and/or in garage. There is a locked housekeeping room and locked cabinets in garage. Laundry facilities and laundry tablets provided. Coffee beans and a variety of teas are provided. Bathrooms equipped with liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner, bath towels, hand and face cloths. Beach towels are provided for hot tub or beach.

We are available by phone or text any time and live about 15 minutes away if you need anything!

3 miles from beaches, including Ocean Dunes vehicle park. Walking distance to The Village, with shopping, restaurants and bars. Scenic biking and hiking trails within a short drive. Monarch Grove butterfly sanctuary, wineries, kayak tours, bike rentals, surfing, Avila Valley Barn petting zoo, farmers markets…. Weather is comfortable outside year-round!

Vehicle recommended other than shopping or dining at The Village.

The main house on the property is also an STR and there may be guests staying there at the time of your visit. The houses are completely separate. There is a Ring camera at front entrance, and multiple security cameras on exterior of home with one in the garage.

We had a very nice stay. The house was comfortable for our family. The kitchen was really well stocked for cooking and BBQ was great. It was clean. Owner was responsive to our questions. I would definitely come back.

Our stay was seamless from check in to check out. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the home. Spacious, very clean and comfortable. The host was wonderful. We will definitely plan another stay at this lovely home.

Awesome house with enclosed yard that our dogs loved. Very clean and had lots of activities. Incredible coffee machine, hot tub and lots of really nice features.

Arrived, and the place was ready for us. It was clean. The directions for all the appliances, hot tub, grill, etc. were clear and easy to use. The milk frother was not working, and replaced that day! John is a very thoughtful and great host. We wanted a house for our stay because we've done hotels, and though you can save money with a hotel (not that much really), you don't get the comfort, the individual bedrooms, more than one bathroom, and the hot tub! For us, it was worth the extra . I highly recommend John's place to anyone looking for a stay in the Central Coast, where we traveled to Cambria, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Cayucos, Morro Bay, and San Simeon, all within a week, which made this central location worth it.

We stayed for three nights to visit nearby Edna Valley. Property was exactly as described and very comfortable for four adults. Would also be great for family with young children and pets. Clean, easy to find, super easy check-in! Kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Great cottage style 2 bed 2 bath home in Arroyo Grande with an amazing territorial view of the town. Every detail about this home is wonderful - coffee maker, ice machine, hot tub, 2 bidet toilets. It's well stocked with the right supplies to make your stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the location, walked to town regularly to hang out, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy music. The main house on the property is great, and the guests were always great to meet for a quick hello. We enjoyed the location as it's a quick on/off 101 to get to Pismo, Avila, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay and other beaches/small cities. John and Julie are very responsive and respectful when staying at the house. They take care of everything - garbage can pick up on Tuesday for pick up on Wed and they deliver the cans back. They don't want guests to do anything but enjoy the area and stay. We will definitely be back!

This place is 100% by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Beyond impressed with the amenities and how clean and well kept it was. The host always responded quickly and had absolutely no issues. I look forward to coming back and working with this host.

The property was well appointed. The hot tub was welcomed after a long day. Plenty of room for the four adults that stayed there. The property was also set up very well for those with dogs. We did not travel with ours but if you do, it will be nice. The treats and wine were a nice touch. The Owners were very kind and accomodating. They kept in touch and answered our messages quickly. We plan to use this stop again.

This is a perfect home away from home! The hosts were incredible, the home was perfectly planned for out of town guests and the kitchen had anything one would need to feel at home! It is an easy walk into the Village and I can’t wait to come and stay again! Thank you for everything!

Great Stay

Property is BETTER than advertised! Great views, fire pit for a s’mores night, all amenities very user friendly, three TVs, we had a great time and the hosts were always available!

Beautiful home with great amenities

This home is wonderful and well stocked with almost everything you need. The location is nice, although its next to a somewhat shabby looking mobile home park, but the view is outstanding and its close to everything
