Nestled in a quiet cove, you’ll enjoy direct lake access without heavy boat traffic, making it ideal for swimming, kayaking, and relaxing on the water. The property sits on a spacious wooded lot with a firepit, stone pathway, and a private boat dock with a wooden ramp—perfect for evenings under the stars or days spent lakeside.
Inside, the home offers 6 comfortable bedrooms (including two with 3 beds each), 6 modern bathrooms, and multiple game and activity rooms for all-ages fun. Gather in the spacious living areas, cook together in the expansive granite-countertop kitchen, and enjoy plenty of parking with a circular driveway. The house was everything we was looking for and more! It was clean and very spacious! 3 levels with beautiful views to the backyard and lake. The boat dock had plenty of room for the family to fish and park my boat there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

This lakefront property was a true gem to find.A great family getaway,peaceful,enjoyable and relaxing place. Wish we had more time. But it is well worth it. Will come back again. Doug was a great host.

Our family had a blast

This house was beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Our entire family had a great time and the host was super accommodating and responsive! Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Family vacation at the lake

We all enjoyed our week at this property. Quiet location right on the water, just what we wanted. Are considering a repeat booking in a couple of years.

Gorgeous home, plenty of space to spread out; the ping pong table and pool table were a huge plus. Will definitely come back!

Lake Wateree Relaxation

Beautiful place to relax, slow down and just enjoy! Loved our spacious, clean, awesome VRBO!! We fished, kayaked, grilled and had a bon fire!! Recharged!! We will definitely be back!!

The home was very clean and ready to receive any group. We enjoyed the pier, paddle-board and kayaks. The small beach area and the pier made a great place for swimming. The host was readily available and answers any question quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic short vacation!

We would highly recommend this property. House and location was everything we wanted. It was very clean and had lots of room. The teenagers enjoyed the game room, as did some of the adults. Close to a state park for walking and running. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We would give it 5 stars.

Perfect For Family

It was great, we enjoyed every square feet of the home. The full access to the elevator was perfect, one of my sisters walk with a walker so she was also able to just enjoy the entire places as well. My favorite place was the screened porch off the living area. We really enjoyed our selves and will book again soon if you guys will have us.

Wedding Weekend

We booked this location because it was near our wedding venue and we wanted our family to be together for the weekend. Doug was super prompt with any questions and his property is stunning and tranquil. We got plenty of family bonding time to soak in the moments as we went into our wedding weekend. You cannot go wrong by booking this property, best weekend ever!!!

Beautiful property

The property was amazing. The elevator was very helpful but a little difficult to maneuver. The property looked like it had been recently sprayed for bugs but the 2nd level still had some bugs.

Nice location.

The property had ample room for our group to hideaway for a little alone time or mingle. The main floor's open concept is great while cooking in a well-stocked kitchen but staying connected to family. The ping pong, pool and foosball tables in the game room as well as kayaks and paddle boards for the lake were a hit. The lake view was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Lake Wateree over Labor Day weekend.

We understand that the stairs may not be ideal for all guests, and we always encourage reviewing the photos and details to ensure the home is the right fit for your needs. We had a blast!

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful and spacious home. The bedrooms were comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and ping-pong tables and spent a lot of time kayaking and floating in the lake. We also brought our little Jon boat. The boat ramp was right across the street and then we docked it at the house. The house stayed really cool despite the terribly hot weather and the kitchen was well stocked. The main space also had a lot of game tables and was much more spacious than we expected. There aren't any games, but we had brought some, so that wasn't a problem. Just an FYI, there are a lot of stairs getting up to the main level so loading and unloading was a little bit challenging. There is an elevator (which we did not expect) but it was not in service during our stay.

Lots of space for big families/groups! Plenty of yard space for games, dock access works for kayaks, etc. There are a lot of stairs to navigate, but makes for pretty views of the lake.

Great Lake Views

Spent Thanksgiving weekend in this lovely home. Owner was so accommodating and helped answer all the questions I pestered him with. House was immaculate and gorgeous with plenty of activities. Best part: the view of the lake on the dock in the early morning . Will return one day!
