Come and enjoy this very stylish three bedroom, two bath waterside condo with marina views and all the amenities you could ask for! Located the heart of Merritt Island, less than a 10 minute drive to the beach, you can enjoy the heated pool, a great workout in the gym, a stroll on the docks, dinner in the on site Dolphin Waterfront Bar and Grill or waterfront tiki bar. Guests also have the option to rent kayaks, paddle boards, boats, or bring your own!
The space
Fourth floor unit, with secure lobby and keyless entry, indoor garage space, open outdoor parking. Unit includes two beach chairs (one chair doubles as a beach cart / umbrella / beach toys that can be used throughout your stay!
Guest access
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
Other things to note
This unit, complex and amenities are beautiful and accommodating. The complex is however, located near a draw bridge and intersecting roads, so some road noise can be heard from inside the unit and bedrooms.

Merritt Island resort

We chose this location because it afforded us easy access to the many attractions that we were interested in taking our grandchildren to. The property itself provided some nice amenities, pool, fitness center and hot tub. It is located by a marina on the Canaveral barge canal, that provided beautiful views of boats and dolphins. There is a restaurant, “Dolphins”, located on the property, which was extremely convenient. It is a very large open Tiki hut on the water and has good food, especially their seafood chowder.As for our accommodations, the unit was a 3 bedroom and slept 8 according to the listing, the bed situation was not what the listing led us to expect, we did have to use two air mattresses, but fortunately our grandchildren thought they were great. Any issues we had, the owner/property manager was easy to contact and addressed the issues. I would definitely recommend the location, but keep in mind, as the listing mentions, it is somewhat noisy with the bridge and highway traffic.

Perfect location/beautiful condo

My family stayed here for 2 nights prior to boarding a cruise ship. This is the perfect location to the port! The unit was very nice, fully equipped (can't think of anything that was needed that wasn't already there), very clean, and the property was just as listed. The restaurant right there at the condo was also great! We will stay here again in the future!

We love this place!!

Our stay here was nothing short of perfect and relaxing! This condo is clean and beautiful just like the pictures! There’s a boat ramp on the property that we were able to use as well as kayak and boat rentals. The restaurant right down the dock is amazing as well! We were able to see the bioluminescence in the water at night which was so cool. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Family Getaway before Cruise

My husband, 2 children (ages 18 and 20) and I stayed at this beautiful property in Merritt Island before our cruise. This professionally decorated unit was gorgeous! The location was a short drive to Cocoa Beach, great restaurants and Port Canaveral. Check in and check out were easy and so was communication with the property manager. The covered parking was nice too. We even made time to enjoy the pool and the hot tub. I highly recommend staying here and I hope to visit again!

Wonderful family getaway!

This property provides access to great amenities and is conveniently located for a variety of activities. Our family used the pool/hot tub daily, were able to get to the beach frequently, and were within walking distance of a great spot to grab drinks/dinner. We all reflected on the trip and unanimously agreed that we hope to be back. The host was incredibly kind and responsive as well. There was never a point where we felt that we didn’t have clear direction or feel comfortable reaching out to ask a question. 10/10 would recommend.

Great property

This was a great nice and clean property. We stayed here the night before we left for a cruise. Conveniently located to the cruise terminal. The only small complaint that I have was that it stated 1 king room, 1 queen and 1 single room, and another 1 queen and 1 single room. The two singles I am assuming were air mattresses which is fine but there was only one twin air mattress on the property so one person had to sleep on the couch. This was only one night so was not a big deal for us but may be for others. They could use some extra pillows. Everything else was perfect.

Really nice property and location, plumbing issue not handled well.

The property description and location were spot on. We saw dolphins within a minute of us going out onto the deck. The check-in instructions and process were all good. The biggest challenge we had was we were down a bathroom as the toilet was leaking (causing issues for the unit below ours). On day one a plumber came in and replaced the seal. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a mess (rags left in the toilet) afterward and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. After calling this out, someone came in and sanitized the bathroom the next morning. The leak was still there in the afternoon so the plumber came again and replaced the whole tank (I watched it dripping down the hallway as he was carrying it out). We basically quarantined this bathroom and only used the master. Hard to get past the fecal water all over the place even with using bleach wipes on floors. I think the property manager should have had someone lined up to do the cleaning after the plumber left (just as anyone would do in their own home) vs. us needing to ask. Expecting a plumber to clean up is not right. So, it would have been a higher review had it not been for the toilet fiasco during the duration of our stay. Not offered another unit or any sort of compensation for the trouble.

Good almost Great

Near beaches has great marina views with wildlife too Attached restaurant good-staff was even better but Gym had no A/C-& Pool always needed maintenance Both comments from these deficiencies was met with “Tech coming tomorrow “ Never happened with the gym Apt was very good needs vacuum for longer stays

Great place!

My mother and I stayed here we loved it! The lanai was so wonderful to watch all the River activity. Everything was clean and user friendly! Would definitely recommend this VRBO

Best VRBO experience to date

This home exceeded our expectations. We had a family of 5 adults & were more than comfortable. I can’t stop thinking about the view at sunset, it was just gorgeous overlooking the marina. The washer and dryer were a big plus! I would absolutely recommend this home. It was gorgeous!

Another View of Florida Besides the Beach

We’re local, and stayed in condo unit 405 while our house underwent renovations and we had to move out for the duration (with our two dogs). Speaking as a local, I can verify this location is perfect for tourists coming to Port Canaveral for a cruise and for those people wanting to be close to the Space Center. Super easy to get to, right off of 528. It’s also a wonderful river view of Florida versus the beach (but you can still enjoy going to the beach: its is easy to get to from Cape Crossing). The River allowed us to sit on our balcony and watched ospreys, anhingas, Pelicans, herons, and dolphins all frolic and feed in the water below us. We also enjoyed the parade of boats going by each day to get to the ocean. If you’re a water person, this property is perfect for you: you can rent Craig Cats, pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. There’s also a large, waterfront, open-air tiki bar/restaurant on the property (called “Dolphins”) that has good eats and live music. The condo unit itself was well-appointed with basic cookware, flatware, cutting boards, cookie sheet, plates, glasses, and coffee cups, etc. Very clean (I took one star off of “cleanliness” for the balcony: spiderwebs, a mud dauber nest, stained cushions—but I’m being nit-picky and I’ll admit that. It’s hard to keep anything that stays outside clean in Florida, but every now and then the cleaning staff should check for spiderwebs, bug nests, etc.). Overall, a perfect place for a stay-cay for locals and for tourists. Staff and property management were responsive and friendly. We asked for an early check-in and they got us in 2 hours early which was wonderful. 5 stars for Cape Crossing!

Home Away from home

Loved our stay! 3 Adults, 2kids 5 & 11yr. Very spacious, updated with elegant decor. View of the Marina was perfect and night view with colored lights. Dolphin Grill Restaurant was a plus. Location close to the Kennedy Space Center and every place we needed to go. Communication with host was on point. We will definitely be back. Thanks for hosting our family.

Definitely would book again

This was an amazing place to stay at, I stayed with my husband and daughter and our puppy German shepherd and it was a pleasant place to be at. I liked how spacious it was and I liked waking up every morning to see the dolphins swim by the Apartment, I would recommend this to anyone who looks for a place in Merritt island.

Beautiful Views

This nicely deocrated condominium is the perfect spot to relax on the balcony and view the marina's dolphin and manatee activity. The condo is spacious yet cozy and there are amenities available such as a spa, gym, pool, grill, dock rentals (paddle boards and kayaks) and a fabulous outdoor restaurant bar and grill. The building is centrally located between Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. The street noise the owner mentions iin the text is not detectable from two of the three bedrooms and hardly noticeable from the master suite. You won't be disappointed.
