This property needs better maintenance.
When we arrived, there were guys hanging on the steps. One guy disappeared and the other guy said that he was from Haiti and his family owned the property. Then a lady came out of the same next door property and said that she cleaned the property. She asked us if we were alright getting access to the property. We told her that we were ok. We figured that if the owners were actually next door that it would be advantageous. Who knows if it was true or not? However, we didn't experience any advantages to having them next door. There was loud music and very loud talking almost every night.
The bathroom window needs a full privacy cover. The blinds on the back door were broken and had missing slats. I don't feel comfortable with someone being able to look inside.
The backyard lawn had high grass, was not mowed before we arrived and was not mowed by the time we left. What's the point of having a grill in the yard if we can't use it? The closet door in the main bedroom was broken. We couldn't open or close it completely. There were k cups to use but the Keurig was dirty. There was no can opener in the kitchen. It's a basic kitchen tool. I sent a request to the property manager and NEVER heard back. Money wasted because we couldn't take canned goods back with us. This property served its purpose as a home base for our travels in Florida.
