FULLY FURNISHED VACATION RENTAL! Beautiful updated 2 bed/1 bath home with a lovely Arizona room! Spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops. Spacious master bedroom with plenty of closet space with king size beds in each room. Enjoy your sparkling private pool outside or the cozy cabana. (This is a non- heated pool) Fantastic central Surprise location close to freeways, golf and restaurants.

Kim was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the pool. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area. The location is great too!

Everything about this home is amazing and the host is even better! Cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed, plus it is so close to food, shops and outdoor activities. The host is very friendy and tentative to our needs. Would highly recommend this home for your stay when visiting the Phoenix area.

Here’s a polished review you can post:This was one of our favorite vacation rental homes we have ever stayed in. The homeowner was incredibly communicative, gracious, and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything met our needs. The home was spotless upon arrival and exceptionally well-equipped with everything we could possibly need during our visit.The house was comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Outstanding experience across all levels! While staying at this beautiful home to visit with my sons, I truly enjoyed the beautiful cactus garden, the pool, the home, and all the extras the owners provided. The bed was super comfortable to allow for a good nights rest after spending the day visiting with my sons, and hiking. Thanks to the hosts, who surely pour lots of love and care into this home!

Very clean and cozy of course, but the extra amenities and little touches provided by the host made it so cozy it felt just like home. My family and I stayed here for Christmas while visiting family here. It was a very special time.
Bringing Christmas from home. The grandkids had a great time when they came over to visit.

Excellent Villa, Clean and tidy, great area quiet and easy to get to Phoenix or Scottsdale. Host excellent very attentive and kept in touch making sure everything was alright. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay, the owners thought of every detail you would want. Beautiful clean home I have stayed at quite a few vrbo’s and have never felt so at home. Great neighborhood beautiful back yard with a wonderful pool and sweet cabana. Beautiful home!

Best Place To Stay in the West Valley - Surprise

I've stayed in this beautiful home for two years in a row, and I love it. The host, Kim is the most gracious host who makes sure your stay is very special. The location is close to the stadium for spring training games, great restaurants, and shopping.

Kim was an amazing host for our vacation. The check in process was a breeze. The house was clean and tidy along with the pool and back yard area. The kitchen was extremely well equipped to cook a nice meal. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect home for family fun.

We stayed to visit my brother and his family. We had a blast playing in the pool and playing games all week. Communication with the owner was excellent. I can’t wait to go back

This was a perfect accommodation for us to visit with family nearby. Loved everything about the place. Thanks for the thoughtfulness (such as breakfast for the first morning) and attention to detail. We would love to stay again when visiting the area.

Relaxing oasis

By far the best VRBO we have stayed at. Very clean, tastefully decorated, a beautiful pool, and so many extra touches. All other places will now be compared to this house.

The perfect home for a small group
