Beautiful remodeled studio condo 2nd floor 2 min walk to ocean! We have beach chairs, umbrella and towels.
We are 15 min to Mayo clinic. Kings size bed with a pull-out sofa. Nice and quite gated location!
No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. The renovations are awesome! The beach was beautiful and peaceful, hardly anyone there. The pool was also very nice. The location is beautiful and the local food is great! We could have stayed there longer for sure.

Incredible location —- access to beach amazing. Much larger than anticipated! Loved our stay — only note is that the pool usage is not close. It’s 1.5 miles (30 min walk in heat). 3-5 min drive with limited parking. There is a pool on the condo property but it is not the one available for guest use. Our family of four fit comfortably and appreciated how clean everything was!

Weekend getaway

Property is in great condition and perfect for small family (one child). Location near the beach cannot be beat. It’s very quiet and chill. Not far from lots of dining options.

Yearly Swim Meet

We have stayed in this lovely condo 3 years in a row. Every year it is so clean and perfect for what we need. The owner is so easy to communicate with, the location is perfect, and the condo is so comfortable!

Perfect vacation by the beach

We had a wonderful time! The accommodations were beyond impeccable!! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of linens, and very clean. A minute walk to the beach! Wish we were staying longer and will definitely be again soon!
