The condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable and just steps away from the beach! Daniel was beet responsive to any questions we had. We mad plans to stay here again!

The condo was nice with plenty of room for two. The pool was very clean and access to the beach was easy. We appreciated the worry free checkout. All things considered, this was a great deal for the price. I would recommend this spot to my friends.

The condo was just as described. My kids enjoyed the games that were in the condo. The access amd proximity to the beach was perfect. We had everything we needed in the condo. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. We would stay here again for sure! It was perfect for my family of four.

Beautiful property, clean, nicely decorated, accurate photos and description, steps from the beach, well maintained pool-just outside of door. Comfy couch and bed, well supplied kitchen, beach towels, chairs and umbrella included. Overall was a great stay!

It was perfect for my daughter and me. There were beach toys (we left a few extra) and towels for the pool and beach, which we did not bring any, so that is super helpful. The walk to the beach is so easy, and what a beautiful beach!

Overall good stay, the balcony was my absolute favorite, the view and atmosphere was great. The ease of getting to the beach and also the convenience of the pool were amazing, made our trip so enjoyable. There was an issue with the cleanliness, but I was able to contact the host and they responded immediately which was very appreciated. Loved Jacksonville, I told all my friends and family about this place and recommended it. Great stay!

The location was great and the condo had everything we needed. It was great to be able to cook meals and have a functioning stove microwave dishwasher . Our host was very responsive.

With back grounds focused in business and management, we aim to provide the best experience possible to all our guests. We went for a boho beach style with an emphasis on retro beach vibes. It would be our pleasure to host you here, at the Dunes on 1st street.

We are a fairly quiet and relaxing street, located next door to the oceanfront park and UNF Art Center. Looking from your private balcony you can watch the sunrise while sipping on your morning cup of coffee. You may also have street view to see many of our friendly neighbors walking their dogs, jogging or riding a bike down 1st street. Private walkway to beach is conveniently located to the right of our clean and sparkly pool.
