In town for The Players. Condo was perfect for the two of us. Parking was adequate. Close to the beach. Roadwork was being done. Early wake up due to the workers. Not the fault of the owner.

Cozy Condo on the beach

This is a nice cozy place for a couple and maybe one small child. Very clean and up to date.easy access to the beach and the pool area gets sun most the day. Hide-a-bed mattress should be replaced. Only streaming services available (no cable). WIFI is OK but for not good for streaming sports.

Right on the beach!

Right on the beach in the middle of what JAX beach has to offer. The condo may not have a direct view of the beach, but it is wonderfully decorated and has everything you could need for your stay!

Labor Day Getaway

This Vrbo unit was just as described online & amenities provided! It was very clean and felt exactly like a beach condo should. Walk out to the beach and close enough to walk to Beachside Seafood for a great dinner experience! Will definitely be back! Thank you for a great weekend of memories with my girls!

Oceanfront with pool access

We enjoyed staying at this property for many reason: it was in great location, oceanfront with a nice pool access, access to washer and dryer, fullly stocked kitchen and bathroom. It even had beach necessities and a great price. The little details made this a perfect getaway place.

Great location close to the beach

It was a great location, seemed to be a quiet area of the beach. Right next to the public park which did have homeless people day and night but they kept to themselves. Would loved to have had a blender in the kitchen for smoothies, but other than that the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little spot

This was such a great little place for us on our way through Florida. The condo is clean, stylish, and so convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Inside, this place has everything you need and more. It’s the little touches (beach chairs, robes, flavored creamer, etc) that makes this place special. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Convenient to the beach and private pool.

The property was smaller than expected, but was comfortable for two, parking was very close to the wall had to back out to open passenger side and very close to pull into the space, but it was covered from the heat and Florida storms. Washer and dryer was right down the stairs it worked fine. Short walk to the beach through the small park. A/C will freeze you out. It needs a bigger TV and a wireless system that doesn't buffer every 2 minutes. Overall a good value.

Everything you need there!

This property lived up to the website expectations, the exterior is quite deceiving compared to the inside! Extremely clean, walking distance from everything, great pool area for the family. Has everything you need to have an extremely worry free vacation or get a way! Will most definitely be going back, wish we would have found it sooner. (Our stay in that area is many due to Mayo appointments)

Perfect for a week long vacation!

This was the perfect VRBO for a week long stay in Jax Beach! We used the bikes which were so helpful in exploring the area, with many restaurants shops and bars nearby. Every little thing that you of was provided, which added to a worry free vacation . Very clean, quiet and friendly neighbors! Kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked almost every morning.

Get-away

The facility has a smaller building, not a high rise. Some people need the big and fancy. We prefer small and quiet. This place had a convenient short cut to the beach access or if you prefer a pool. The unit was everything expected and the owners were very courteous and the check out process was the easiest I have experienced through VRBO.

Concert Getaway

We wanted to stay on the beach while we were in town for a concert in Jacksonville. The condo was perfect for that cause it's right on the beach and had everything we needed including bikes! We had a great time and we'll be back for sure.

Beautiful place

The Dunes on 1st street is our newly renovated condominium here in Jax Beach. We are all locals here to Jax and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for all who choose to stay at our humble abode. With back grounds focused in business and management, we aim to provide the best experience possible to all our guests. We went for a boho beach style with an emphasis on retro beach vibes. It would be our pleasure to host you here, at the Dunes on 1st street.

We are a fairly quiet and relaxing street, located next door to the oceanfront park and UNF Art Center. Looking from your private balcony you can watch the sunrise while sipping on your morning cup of coffee. You may also have street view to see many of our friendly neighbors walking their dogs, jogging or riding a bike down 1st street. Private walkway to beach is conveniently located to the right of our clean and sparkly pool.
