Very clean and private room with everything you could need. The location is perfect, central to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The amenities were great, the host ensured that you would have everything you needed.

Easy check-in process. The owners were great to work with and quick to respond. Excellent location - 5 minutes to Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. Very well stocked with everything you need. Look forward to returning.

The hosts, Steve and Carol were excellent! The studio apartment was neat, clean and well setup. It was the perfect place to while we visited our family in the area.

I have stayed here before, i feel safe , property is in a nice location. Ten minutes from free parking at the Ocean.Great communication from property owners.Quiet and Relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent stay!

We had a great time! I used the book in the condo and went to three restaurants that were suggested! If you are looking for somewhere to get away from the crowds, but still be close enough to everything this is the place’

Quick Visit

I enjoyed the accommodations. We come to the area often and this worked at much better than the hotels at Marshlanding or Sawgrass.

Peaceful Palm Harbor

We loved our short stay at Steve and Carol’s very well-appointed suite. They certainly know how to make guests feel welcome! Highly recommend their lovely place.
