Guy was a great host and the house had everything you would need! We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely rent again as we visit at lease once a year if not two. Pricing is what we normally spend but had the bonus of the golf cart so that was great.

This property was excellent!! It was clean and equipped with everything we needed and then some! The backyard was great for our doggies! We enjoyed the use of the golf cart. It is very quiet and in a great neighborhood. Guy and Gloria are excellent hosts, we definitely will be back! Thank you for everything!!

The house was clean and exactly pictured. The backyard is great if traveling with your furbaby. The owners also provide little extras for your furbabies. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Communication with the owners was AMAZING! They recommended great places to eat, which displays their knowledge of the area. Would definitely stay again, if we had more time-off.

From the first communication with Guy and Gloria to the check in process, it was everything that we had hoped for. Perfect for our two Australian shepherds, the property was clean safe and secure. The golf cart was a big plus fun to get around. Perfect location to get downtown and to get to the beaches. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love Fernandina Beach. I would recommend this property100%.

March birthday trip

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be more thankfully for the host. The house was so clean and cozy cute! We will definitely be booking another trip here!

Great location, awesome house

We were really comfortable and loved staying at this Amelia Island spot! Got to cruise around a little bit on the golf cart, enjoyed the beach and downtown. Comfy beds, plenty of amenities, and the fenced backyard was loved by our pups who are very used to leash walks. Would absolutely stay again!

Great hosts. There for new years, gave some ideas locally. My dog loved the fenced back yard. Used the golf cart which was fun. House was well equipped with everything needed. Would stay here again.

The hosts, Guy and Gloria, are wonderful and kind. The house is comfortable with a large fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and town. The beds are so comfortable and the amenities generous. Do choose this place to stay and feel like it’s home.

Grandparents Will Travel

We enjoyed the house. Great location. Shops and restaurants were just minutes away. Grandkids enjoyed playing with the toys.

Great House for our Family Vacay

This house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more! The host, Guy, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved exploring the island with the provided golf cart and used it as our main transportation during our stay. Beautiful island and So much fun!

Quiet escape - family visit

This home and surrounding area was a perfect destination for a family visit. Accommodations were comfortable and nicely decorated. Property was safe for both the grand babies as well as dogs. Close to Fernandina Beach restaurants and parks. Thanks

Family getaway

We could not have stayed at a better place. Just like staying at home. Owner was responsive to any questions we had. Would give 6 stars if we could.

Great location, great house, great golf cart, and super nice and helpful hosts made for a great stay just a mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We had a very good time! I walked to the beach and back every morning for sunrise and we used the golf cart to go practically everywhere on-island. We almost always found parking right in front of beach access 9 and the beach is wide and very uncrowded.
Does it really get any more beautiful?
We saw two turtles in the same day on the beach near where we were sitting.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is a great vacation rental. Located in a nice residential neighborhood and convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants. As far as amenities are concerned, it has everything you could want. Beautifully decorated, with outstanding artwork, comfortable rooms, kitchen with high quality appliances and equipment, and a large fenced yard (ideal if you’re traveling with a dog). Owners were very helpful with recommendations for area activities. Our only regret is not having booked a longer stay.
