Very nice property which allowed for a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend a ceiling fan for both secondary bedrooms.

We had a wonderful week at Amelia Island! The house was perfect for our family. Upon our arrival, the house was very neat and clean. The few questions we had prior to arriving were answered quickly. We will be back next year!

Hidden gem

Property was well kept, clean and spacious. The beach toys and accessories were a big hit with the family. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, our vacation house felt like a home.

Amelia Island Fun

We enjoyed our stay and the house was exactly as listed. Easy bike ride or short drive to the beach access. Nice little pond in the back and quiet neighborhood. Great per friendly option for family of 5 or 6.

Great stay!

We loved this home in Amelia Island! We booked last minute and everything was accommodated perfectly. The house was clean, had plenty of supplies, and the neighborhood is cute and walkable. We had so much fun in the backyard watching the local wildlife and turtles come out of the water right onto the bank. We’re looking forward to coming back, and will definitely book again!

3 Bedroom in nice neighborhood

Very nice and quiet neighborhood.The beach chairs came in handy and the beach was a 5 minute drive with plenty of parking. I would add a toaster to the kitchen, Other then that this was a great place for a family get away.

This is a lovely, spacious house. It was very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. Shannon was very helpful. The only negative is that they need more lighting in the living room, but we made do. I will be coming back.

Nice Property

Loved the house. Great place to stay. Complaints would be noisy airplanes right over the house and didn't sleep well the whole time cause master bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Great get away in Amelia Island!!!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful house. Everything was nicely done with great details from bedroom to bathroom. The nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is very well kept this house gave us the best of both world of being close to the beach (1.5 miles) to close to downtown. Also located in the garage was everything we needed to enjoy the beach including chairs and a little tent. We can't wait to return again for a week.

Great home, great neighborhood and location!

I loved this home and the neighborhood. It was perfect for my husband and our dogs. We are active so walking to the beach in the mornings was perfect for us. It’s only a short drive to downtown and an hour from Jacksonville so it’s a pretty good location. I would stay here again for sure! The only thing I wish is that the trash was taken out because the trash can was full and stunk up the garage/laundry room.

A Our stay in this home was great all around & we found very enjoyable! It was nice & clean, pet friendly, comfortable, lots of space, super comfortable beds & in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Once we got the communication lines corrected, Shannon was wonderful to communicate with as she's great at her job! The only downside for us, because I like to cook while at the home, was we found the house to not be the most stocked kitchen for baking & cooking. Plates, glasses & silverware were fine. Thanks for a relaxing getaway week in Fernandina Beach!
