Conveniently close to supermarkets, shopping, parks, and historic downtown, with a greenway just 0.5 miles away. A multi-use path along Jasmine Street makes it an easy, safe walk or bike ride to the beach. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, including a King bed, Queen bed, and two twin beds. An attached two-car garage ensures your vehicle stays cool during your stay. Enjoy outdoor meals on the backyard patio with a grill, and make the most of the fully equipped home, which includes three TVs, cable, high-speed internet, towels, linens, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the kitchen essentials—including a slow cooker, roasting pans, and more! The fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets, and there are beach chairs and kids' beach toys for your enjoyment. A pack 'n play and high chair are available upon request

Business vacation

The property was as shown on VRBO. Good location to walk or bike, easy access to nature trails or the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was great. Our dog loved the fence in yard.

Anniversary Trip

This whole house is a very good option, overall a great stay, absolutely no issues with property. Great convenience in the location. Our dogs loved it as well! The Europa Delicatessen behind the house in the strip mall was the best find this time in Fernandina, the best selections of fresh sliced meat and cheeses from all over Europe!

Family visit

We came up to Fernandina for Dickens on Centre and found this cute place to stay so we didn’t have to drive far. It’s very convenient to shopping, the beach and downtown Fernandina.

Pledge the Pink walk

The house was nice. We had a really good time. We had everything we needed as far as dishes, appliances, etc. The only thing I would like to say is that the light switch that turns on the light in the kitchen if you flip it up or flip it down it stays on. In order to turn it off we had to get it to center between up and down. You may want to have the electrical checked out. Also, one of the girls tripped on the cracked sidewalk and that could cause a problem for you somewhere down the line. Other than that, we had a great time and we would come back.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed staying at this home. It had everything we needed. All supplies were well stocked and the beach chairs and towels were a plus! The beds were all comfortable according to my family. The fenced back yard was perfect since we traveled with our pups. The beach was a short drive up the road and downtown was within minutes of the home. The owner was great at communicating with me. Wonderful stay.

Great location; lots of room!

This house is in a great location, close to both the public beach and downtown restaurants/shopping. The host provided everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. It was an easy check in and check out process as well. With three bedrooms and two full baths, there was plenty of room to spread out. There are two "living rooms" and lots of nice, big t.v.s. We had a great time and would definitely visit again!

Quiet location, close to the beach, hikes, bike trail.

We enjoyed the location with easy access to recreation and the historic harbour front. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. With our pup, we especially appreciated the fenced yard.

Nicely appointed

It is a well appointed house on a cul-de-sac. The host is great. He responded to our questions and concerns promptly and even came over to help us with a particular issue that turned out to be a minor thing. As advertised it is a mile from the beach so we needed to use our car to go back and forth. It is also a short drive to the historic center of Fernandina Beach. Very dog friendly and a nice fenced backyard for our pup to hunt skinks. We really enjoyed our two weeks there.

Enjoyable Stay!

Stayed at this property for a little over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we found this house to be close proximity to both the beach (with great beach gear included) and the historic downtown area. The house was clean, well stocked with amenities, and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind with the location is that the backyard backs up to a retail strip. It wasn’t a problem, but you do hear dumpsters being emptied in the early morning hours, which we aren’t really used to. The location of this house also unfortunately catches the smell from the paper plant at times. I would also suggest some additional kitchen utensils (mixing bowl, wooden spoons) to make it a truly functional cooking environment. Overall, we would definitely book again if we find ourselves back on the island. It was great to have a fenced backyard as well as access to the garage for our car.

Relax!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood & a great location! Close to Fernando Main Beach, Historic Downtown Amelia Island & Publix. Dogs allowed & a good neighborhood for walking & dogs are allowed at the beach SHORT DISTANCE TO BEACH- will stay again! GREAT communication!!

Great house

The house was just as advertised. It had everything we needed and was in a safe neighborhood with a close to downtown location. Check in/out was a breeze and the fenced yard was great for our dog. We would definitely recommend this house to others.
