A game room with smart tv, pool table, darts, basketball hoop shot, arcade, big connect4 and chimney, spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, 65 inch UHD TV on each room, two bathrooms with hot water, a high quality kitchen fully appointed to please the picky chef in your party. Kayaks for use by guests, numerous life vests you can take to the near reservoir and public lake just minutes of distance.
Outside our backyard has beautiful egg chair swings to enjoy a the night with fire-pit and s’mores.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, k-cup and regular coffee makers, microwave, toaster, triple filtered drinking water and all the cooking accessories you need.

The Southeast lake views offer brilliant sunny mornings yet you can escape the heat of the afternoon. There are three bedrooms on this level and a full bathroom. Master bedroom features a king size bed, first bedroom a bunk bed with full and twin and the other second bedroom has a triple bunk bed; two twin and one full, as we find many of our guests prefer this configuration.
From the main level, stairs lead down the ground level where you will find a 4th bedroom featuring a queen Murphy bed and a sofa bed. There is also a full bath and a game area.

This area offers skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking trails, horseback riding, lakes, farms apple-berries picking, pumpkins festival in the fall, skydiving, zoo and much more family-friendly activities.

The house is advertised as a lakeview only. We are proud of its quite and peacefull environment. If needed we can provide upon request boat and kayak to take to surraounded lakes and reservoir that are only mins away from the property.
