The unit itself is gorgeous. You can tell alot of hard work has gone into saving this beautiful stone building. I would only point out that some areas felt a little less secure with exterior doors left unlocked. Especially after we were advised the police were at this unit the day before we arrived to break up altercation between 2 guests. Unit otherwise provided good selection of kitchen items. Bath water came out of tap full of grit?

Expectations met!

Genuinely pleased with our stay. Very much in line with our expectations and good value for $. Very much classic Montréal neighborhood. Happily the street parking worked out perfectly, as right by doorway could park anytime except for 9-noon Thursdays, a limitation that varies street by street in the area.

Place was great, just as pictured. Parking signs were not clear and no mention of restrictions in listing. Got a parking ticket which sucked but otherwise great place.

Remodel Wreck

This apartment, online looks beautiful and it is at first glance. Modernized and open layout. The real experience begins when you really look at the property to assess what you are staying in. There are space utensils to use, the toilet seat was broken in the upper powder room, no dish towels or dish washcloths (more on that later), full bath is below in this apartment as well as the two bedrooms. Beds were had sheets on them no blankets that you had to search for in the closets, the overalls cleanliness was poor, the grill that you see in the post is not the same and was filthy. I reached out to the owner of the about my concerns they argued that it was clean and if didn’t like it to leave. It was 7:30 in the evening and they were upset with me for pointing out that whomever was cleaning the apartment was not preparing for the next renter, in my case me. I sent pictures along with explains that what is online does not align with what I am seeing in real time at the apartment. The cleaner then shows up with kitchen towels and wants to come in and when asked about the bedding said because it had been warm and that is why the beds were not completely made. I would not recommend this property until the owner has a better cleaning service and approach to the clients they are serving.
