Quick Trip to Myrtle Beach

The communication with the host was very good and the location of the property was great . The property appears clean ,but it is in need of a good deep clean , the shower liners are very dirty, there was another guests sock left behind a dresser and the carpets are very stained .

Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 22 jul. 2025
Thank you for your stay at Mulligan’s Landing and for noting the great location and strong communication — I truly appreciate that! I’m sorry to hear the home didn’t meet all of your expectations. As an owner who consistently earns exceptional reviews (currently a 9.8 rating), I take cleanliness very seriously. I’ve already spoken with my cleaning team regarding the shower liner and carpet concerns, and we’ll be deep cleaning and replacing where needed. I sincerely wish this had been brought to my attention during your stay — I’m very responsive and would’ve gladly taken care of it right away to improve your comfort. As for the sock behind the dresser — I can only say I’m human, and I apologize it was missed. Feedback like yours helps me continue to improve. I do hope the rest of your Myrtle Beach trip was enjoyable and that you made some lasting memories with your family.
