Central location in Myrtle Beach! Home to many attractions and restaurants . Your minutes from the beach, mall, airport, and many golf courses. End unit condo which offers great golf course views with screened in porch. New appliances, freshly painted, new carpet, and furniture. Indoor and outdoor Pool and Jacuzzi on property. Washer and Dryer and full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and garbage disposal. Very Clean! A must stay!!

Two twin beds in one bedroom and Queen and Twin in master. Plenty of closet space. Very comfortable. Ideal for families or 4-some. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

No smoking is allowed. Minimum stay of Three nights will be accepted.

The condo was lovely. Clean and bright. Everything was a described. The host provided clear communication and even checked in on us via message during our stay to make sure all was well. 5 stars and would definitely stay again

Perfect location

This was a great location to stay during Orientation at Coastal Carolina. Close to everything-just a short drive. Place was immaculate and had everything that was needed. Loved sitting out on the back deck which was screened in, suck a plus! Will definitely stay there again! Host was very responsive.

Great Golf Course Condo

This condo is conveniently located to all Myrtle Beach attractions and to the resort's indoor pool. It is clean and peaceful with incredible golf course views. The owner was very kind and helpful, quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend. Great stay.

Family vacation

The property was nice. But the communication with the host was not. I did not receive information about which condo it was or how to get the keys. When i reached out to him he was very rude and made it seem like i was bothering him for the information.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Forest. Getting there was easy. Checking in was non-existent. Just needed the code to get in the door, which was provided a couple of days ahead of time. The only negative thing I have is that some of the linens smelled like stale cigarette smoke. However, I was able to wash them and remedied that with no problem.

Perfect for the price

We needed a location close to the convention center and this was perfect. Close to the beach, eateries, and entertainment. Would stay there again.

Christmas in Myrtle Beach

Great visit to Myrtle to see my daughter who attends a local college. We loved the condo as it was on the River Oaks golf plantation and we were able to get in a few rounds of golf during our visit. The location was spacious and plenty big enough for 4 adults. Quiet and removed enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything! Highly recommend ! As well, the owner is very responsive and is quick to answer any questions renters may have.

Great location but....

Location was great for us since we were on a shopping trip. With the pandemic, we cooked breakfast in the condo, bought lunch and ate in our car, and bought take out for dinners. There were plenty of restaurants from which to choose. A few downfalls of the property: road noise if you slept in front bedroom, doors to cabinets stuck to cabinet face making it difficult to open (ugh! Why were they sticking?!), only 1 huge Pyrex baking dish no medium or smaller sizes. Even though there was a washer/ dryer, only 2 towels per person provided which meant frequent laundry. (Women like to have a towel to dry hair and a towel to dry body.) And one bathroom didn't even get hand towels...really??! There were obviously dirty corners in every room and the doors and woodwork just looked like they could use a good scrubbing. I'm an extremely clean/ neat person so I won't even go into the cluttered mess in the kitchen drawers... We washed all dishes before using just to be be safe. FYI, the detergent dispenser in dishwasher doesn't pop open properly and the pod we inserted wasn't completely used.

Perfect location

Our rental was very clean & very comfortable. The location was literally 10 min to anything, shopping, beach, commons ANYTHING. Mr. Ross is extremely friendly and easy to work with. We had a wonderful trip!

Relaxing after a hard day

The unit was well furnished and equipped. The beds were comfortable and the community was quiet. The property manager was responsive. The area was close enough so you would not have to drive forever but far enough so you can relax amd enjoy the quietness. If you want the best of both worlds I highly recommend this unit.

Great place to stay on a beautiful golf course.

This property was great for us as it was away from the tourist area but was close enough to get to that area in about 5 to 10 minutes. The pools/jacuzzi was great and the area was beautiful. My husband played golf and said the course was great and challenging. Overall a great stay at a great place.
