Great Views: Surrounding Ares so Noisy: Be aware

Great little 1 BDR, love the building and that there is a restaurant on the 25th floor: I just wish we would have known it was so noisy in the surrounding neighborhood:first night it was as if we were right next to a night club with thumping music til the wee hours of the morning, the street noise was also pretty bad in general. Another night it sounded as if there were street muscians playing outdoors again til the wee hours of the night. So if noise is an issue be aware.

Nice apartment

Very nice apartment, located in a beautiful building in the best neighborhood of Miami. Rules for the use of amenities is not clear. At the desk they told us that we weren’t allowed to use them. Eventually we were able to get the card to access.

The devil is in the details

The apartment has a great location in the Brickell Arch complex. However, there is no information provided on how to get to the apartment. One could never find the apartment without the help of the AKA hotel clerk. To access the room the directions said to input the code followed by the pound key. There is no # sign on the key pad. Rather than the # sign one must touch the arrow that is customarily used for the enter/return key on some computer keyboards. The house rules posted in the room mention a patio and swimming pool on the 13th floor but yet again no details on how to get there. This is not a building where with one set of elevators you access all the floors. The kitchenette was equipped with many things including a coffee maker. There was, however, not a single coffee cup or mug to be found.
