Great stay!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding and we loved it! Beautiful area and close to lots of restaurants and the beach. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Excellent Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this condo. The location is beautiful with many beaches short distances away, tons of walking paths and a beautiful view of the golf course. The condo was clean and had everyyhing we needed. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns. I highly recommend!

We loved the condo

It was easy to check in. Kristen was very helpful in helping my husband find the place. It was comfortable and beautiful. We loved the master suite. The bed was comfortable. The location was great, too.

9 Day Vacay Stay

This property served our purpose well. The location was perfect with easy access to St Pete beach, Pasagrille beach and Fort Desoto beach. A short 12 minute drive will get you to downtown St Pete. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water flow. The Air conditioning worked great during a very hot week.The condo layout worked well for our party of 3. Communication with the host was seamless. And now for the opportunities for improvement: Couch uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen was not well stocked with pots,pans, etc. Kitchen knives were very dull. Back patio area was covered with flying insects enough so that we didn’t want to go outside and sit. Lighting throughout the unit was somewhat dingy and would benefit greatly from being brighter. Our overall rating was a 4. We would give it a 5 if the improvements were adressed.

Perfect location!

The condo is located on a beautiful golf course with a very short drive to the beach or a pleasant walk. Great location to water view dining and live music spots. Enjoyed the pool and nice walking paths through the community.

Beach life

This is one of the best places to stay in the St. Petersburg area, hands-down! Close proximity to a lot of activities, including for De Soto. The beach is there are the best! We will be using this place again in the future for sure. We had the best hosts around and answered all questions promptly. Thank you again for a great stay!!

Relaxing Condo, Beautiful Grounds, Close to All

This condo is updated and comfortable. It has sliding glass doors to a small outdoor space that sits on the edge of the beautiful golf course. You can also sit on the couch or at the dining table and enjoy the view. A short walk away is the pool and a casual stroll to the bridge reveals a small stretch of sand on the intracoastal to relax, watch the local fisherman, or catch a dolphin swimming by. Beaches, restaurants, and shopping are all a short drive away. It is also convenient to the highway if you want to travel and explore. Stop at the local Publix on the way in to stock the fridge for your stay. We did have to purchase some beach supplies, so if you are traveling by air, check with the host to find out what is available.

Winter getaway

We had a fabulous winter getaway from cold, snowy Michigan! Condo is in such a perfect location, close to the business of St Pete beach, and Pass a Grille, but nice quiet, golf course neighborhood. Condo is very comfortable, roomy, had everything we needed. We had a few small issues, but Kristen was amazing, quick to respond, and very helpful in resolving the problems. Thank you for the fabulous place to enjoy our winter getaway!!

Great location!

This is a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we wanted was close by...things to do, great restaurants, beautiful beaches, Publix, etc. We felt very comdortable in the unit with a great view!

A beautiful home away from home!

I have been going to St Pete for my whole life and this is definitely the most beautiful condo I’ve ever stayed in. It genuinely felt like a home away from home with the gorgeous interiors. The location is perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We had a couple of minor issues while we stayed there which were sorted immediately. The property manager Kristin was amazing!

needs a deep clean

Nice property! lots of dust and floors needed a good clean. Excellent communication with Kristin when Tv was not working correctly. Bathrooms need some work. Biggest disappointment is that the Condo for next year has been increased by over $800

Would come back if deficiencies remediated.

Nice condo ,clean but very poor noise insulation , some of the appliances ( microwave ) not working properly all the time ,there was no hair blow dryer and just one set garbage bags for our 2 week stay.

Perfect place

Place so perfect we came back a second time. Just love the location. The condo itself is so roomy, perfectly appointed and comfortable. Great communication with host. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous Property!

Love this condo at Isla Del Sol! Close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, sunset spots, shopping, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Skyway Bridge - centrally located! Decorated so cute! Place is roomy too! Has all the necessities in kitchen, beach towels for the pool. Overlooks beautiful scenic golf course. Property is well- maintained. Condo itself is modern and well equipped. Loved the decor and furniture. Would definitely stay again! 5-stars, highly recommend!!!!!!
