Fantastic location, grocery stores, shopping , restaurants, parks, fishing with in 10 minutes away. 3 minutes to 275N/S, 5 minutes to downtown. Wake up with bird singing, enjoy a nice relaxing swim , lay by the pool enjoy the sunshine.
Please no pets allow, let's be consider with people with allergies. I am allergic to dogs and cats saliva, there is no such a thing as a truly hypoallergenic pet, The guests' that won't respect the rules will be automatically request to vacate the property.

2025 Florida Vacation

The kitchen was well equipped and also had a Keurig, which made my wife really happy.No issues and the place very clean. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Stay

My husband and I spent 6 weeks at Gabriela's place. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Gabriela was quick to respond to questions, and took obvious pride in the condition of her property.

Spring training visit

This property was even bigger than the pictures showed. Great communication with our hostess throughout the entire process. The place was spotless when we arrived. We were 4 adults and a teenager and had plenty of space for all of us. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s so Much bigger than the photos make it seem. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner went above and beyond to fix a small misunderstanding. The pool was nice and refreshing but on the cooler side.

Wonderful time and beautiful place to stay! We felt at home and had everything we needed! The pool was clean and refreshing! I will most definitely look this place up if we need a place in the area in the future.

The home is beautiful, all the comforts you need. The pool is crystal clear and the perfect temperature. Definitely on our list when we returned.

Our family Christmas together

This home was perfect for our Maine family of 5 to use while they were here for Christmas . Very nicely arranged for everyone’s privacy and had all the necessary items available for a pleasant stay. It was well thought out.

Wayyy better than the pictures!

When we pulled up to the house, we were like, meh... kinda small. That all changed as soon as we opened the door. This place is so much bigger on the inside. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The pool was also spotless.

Family Thanksgiving

The house is very well appointed and has quite a few extras like laundry detergent waiting for the renters. Everything was very clean and very well maintained. We were able to communicate with the owner very easily We will definitely rent this property again

Perfect for long-term business stay!

The property was everything advertised the management of the property was more than willing to make accommodations if needed the location was superb. If our business indicates long stays again we will hopefully looking forward to the property being available for us then.

Wonderful property!

This cozy home was exactly what we needed for a long weekend to attend a baby shower! Four adults and a one year old loved it and still had an extra bedroom to spare. Host was extremely nice and communication was amazing!

Disappointing location

Pool was nice but no lanai. Only had table umbrella to get shade. House had poor curb appeal. Neighborhood not inviting! Beds were comfortable . Location of garbage pails was not clear. Glad there was a gas stove and toaster oven . Plenty of towels.

Great cute house in safe neighborhood

We had a lovely stay for a family reunion in this cute little house near Northeast high school. Very responsive and accommodating host. Very comfortable mattresses and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living area. Nice big dining room table.Great pool in the backyard. And the little porch off the kitchen was where we hung out a lot. We had a lot of fun feeding the squirrel every morning.

Surprisingly Spacious

This place couldn't have been more perfect. It is way bigger than it looks from the outside! There was more than enough room for my family of six. For the most part, we had everything we needed. Thank you for the stay.
