About this space
Welcome to the Cottage @ the 6! Across street from beautiful Wollaston beach. Stunning Ocean and Boston Skyline views from the house. Walking Distance to Quincy famous Tony clams shops and several authentic restaurants, and supermarkets all within 1 mile.

Easy access to Boston with car or public transportation: 9 mile highway drive to Downtown Boston; Bus stop one block away; 1 mile to Wollaston Subway station with Red Line T to Boston, MIT and Harvard.
The space
The space is 2 level living. Top floor has 2 bedrooms ( Queen size bed and full size bed), living room with TV and full size bath. The kitchen is also located on this level. Level 2 has massive entertainment space with TV, bedroom with queen size bed and another full size bathroom. Washer and Dry is also located on the 2nd level.

Access to the back yard and back patio from both levels of the home. Views of the Ocean can be seen from the patio.
Guest access
Guest has all access to the home expect the garage.

Great location and responsive hosts

This little cottage has a perfect location on Wollaston Beach right behind Tony’s Clam Shop. Walking distance to the water as well as a playground for kiddos. Back yard is fairly nice but not fenced and had some glass and nails about, so keep shoes on the little ones! Though hosts were otherwise prepared with a pack and play and high chair, which our family appreciated juggling multiple babies for the family reunion. Kitchen was great to cook in and the back porch was lovely for morning coffee and drinks in the evening. Parking was easy with a long driveway and only a 20 min drive to Downtown Boston. Truly the best of both worlds for a New England getaway. And hosts responded promptly to remedy an issue with check-in. I would definitely stay again.

Good experience overall

Overall, the experience was good. Location is perfect: between the Natasket beach and the big city.Contrary to what I had read, the house is in a small quiet street but close to a busy street, on the edge of the beach. There was really very close or a few minutes by car. The house is clean and very well divided. The reception by the host was attentive, they responded quickly. We even had a little attention the day before our departure: it was charming. Both the interior and the exterior of the house invite you to relax. We noticed that there were several items to make life easier with a baby and for the beach (beach towels and beach chairs). There was air conditioning AND fans: perfect for the pre-menopausal woman that I am! Haha. We had minor technical glitches with one of the doors, the dryer and the baths. Hopefully everything will be sorted out for the future. Thank you for your warm welcome.

By the beach

We enjoyed our stay in Quincy. While it near the beach it is also on a major road which we didn’t expect. Had very nice accommodations. Thank you.

Perfect for family visit to Boston

Very charming house in cool location. It was very easy to reach all of Boston's attractions by public transportation with a pleasant walk to the Red Line. This house was the perfect accommodation for our family.

6 Morse Property

Property is nice and tidy as advertised. Old house that has character....not your cookie-cutter type place....it's unique, warm and cozy. Plenty of room with a couple open places to do your own thing when people are staying with you as well. Literally, just needed groceries. Everything else was there and ready for use. Property owner Michelle was super accommodating with any questions or concerns and was available on demand. My ONLY gripe was the spotty WiFi...but we are gamers.....so the bandwidth kinda sucked...BUT still worked for the most part.... But hey, they CANT ALL be winners, right? Great place to stay overall and would do it again!
