Detached light-filled Guesthouse on 1/3 of an acre, 3 blocks from downtown Central Point. This 420 sqft space is perfect for 1-2 guests. The Guesthouse is just three short blocks from the Rogue Creamery, The Rogue Grape Tasting Room, Lille Belle Farms Chocolates, and the Coquette Bakery. Jacksonville is 6 miles away, and Ashland is under 20 miles away. Southern Oregon is filled with playhouses and the Shakespeare Festival, impeccable wine, delicious local restaurants, numerous rivers, and miles of wilderness. The new hot tub is a few steps away. HOT TUB CLOSED until mid-September 2025. Come enjoy!

Wonderfully kind and responsive hosts. The property was clean and everything was in working order. Lovely area to stay and I enjoyed walking to some of the nearby stores and restaurants.

We got in pretty late but check in was easy after following the check-in instructions.The place was clean and cozy. We left before check out time and Brie and Chad were responsive with our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and welcoming. It had everything you needed plus some extras. It doesn’t have TV but it was nice to unwind. Close to restaurants but nothing stays open late. It was a bit noisy at night but the neighborhood was nice.

We loved our short stay. A quick easy walk to downtown for coffee, shopping. The studio was perfectly equipped and we felt very at home.

Perfect for a mom's getaway. Quiet, convenient & reasonably priced. The owners/hosts were easy to work with and so helpful. Just a great place for quiet time away.And this was within walking distance to cute boutiques and shops in Central Point as well as the Rogue Creamery!

My husband and I had such a wonderful time! The honey hive studio (it’s what I’ve been calling it) was roomy, equipped with everything that you need, loved the decor/vibe & it was perfectly located to everywhere we needed to go/be! I also have to say that it was actually nice not having a TV. We used the Bluetooth to play music and played connect4. It was honestly a great relaxing time! We are so excited to plan our next visit! Lots of amenities, close walk to town, you can get to the green belt within about 3/4 mile. Nice fenced yard for our pup.

My experience is limited by the fact that our stay was very short (overnight). We were primarily in need of a place convenient to the airport. The studio was clean and well stocked for easy meal preparation. Communication with the host was very timely and informative.

I don't understand the 4-star review, considering you left the guesthouse completely dirty and trashed. You stained the rug, burned the teapot, left incense ash on the toilet, and left makeup everywhere, and it was generally dirty everywhere.

Everything was very thoughtfully included. Hot tub was delightful except we could not control any of the features as the display was broken. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for hiking

We loved the house, it was quiet, clean, private and super cute! Had everything we needed plus had great small touches like tea, sunscreen and even a drawer or dog items.

This was just what we needed as our halfway point of our trip. Area was quiet and close torestaurants. L9ved our stay here. It was a very hot day, but we were able to remain cool here.

Love farmhouses! Loved the detached garage that had a plumbed art studio. The first thing we did was renovate the studio and make it into a beautiful short-term rental. It's been great so far. We love having a large fenced yard.
