Come enjoy and relax in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3,000 square foot home on a 1/2 acre fenced lot located in a secluded area of Marco Island called The Estates. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the large, heated saltwater pool or relax in the lanai surrounded by tropical gardens.
"Soothing and Relaxing" are the theme of the spacious lanai which includes an outdoor daybed for leisurely reading, and an outdoor kitchen which include a BBQ grill and sink. The lanai also features an outdoor dining area close to the grill and connected to the fully equipped kitchen through a pass-through window.
For those who are interested in a slightly more active vacation, 7 adult bicycles are available for an easy ride around the secluded neighborhood, or a 3-mile ride to the public beach. There are also 2 baby bike seats and a baby bike trailer to include babies on the ride.
The property also includes a ping pong table, and a pool table.
There are also many opportunities for a walking. which includes many blossoming plants and trees. The house includes a large living room with 65” Smart TV.

Spring Break Reunion

Absolutely beautiful, perfect for two families with kids. The pool was great and the grounds were pretty. Plenty of space inside to accommodate our group of 9 although we had perfect weather and utilized the outside more then anything. Seating galore, with shaded table for those that needed breaks from the sun. Fully stocked kitchen, with the grocery store close by. Not too far of a drive to the beach, quiet road great area to go for a walk or bike ride. 100% would recommend.

Lovely Home and Great Host!

Would definitely stay here, again. The home is beautiful and well laid out so that it was very comfortable for 6 adults to gather, but also to have privacy when desired. We enjoyed the pool, and when we asked the host whether or not there was beach equipment, she made sure there were plenty of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas before we arrived. Convenient beach access was just a five minute drive away. We loved it!

Destination Wedding

we travelled to Marco for a destination wedding and it was much cheaper than staying at the resort on the beach. The house was as pictured and we had more than enough space. We would definitely recommend if going to Marco Island.

Destination wedding

The house was perfect for our group. The sofa bed could use a new mattress. Very uncomfortable. Also more wash cloths could have been provided. Also could use newer shower heads.

We are located close to restaurants, but if you would rather prepare your meals, we have a fully equipped kitchen. If simply relaxing is your desire, we have a large screen television or just lay out by the pool and relax or read.
