We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was awesome and the location was ideal. FYI, shampoo is not provided by the host, so plan accordingly.

Lovely tropical yard and pool at the ideal location in Key West. Feels very private yet centrally located among it all. Quaint little home with all the amenities we could ever need. This is our 4th stay in this home and we appreciate it more and more every visit.

House was amazing, location great Moondog was just steps away and Duval steps the other direction. Pool was bigger than it looks and backyard amazing. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for our family vacation! We chose the property for the pool and location and neither disappointed! The check in and communication was top notch and the property was very responsive. Across the street from Hemingway House and right off Duval street. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Relaxing Stay

This property is perfect for couples looking for a centrally located stay. The outdoor space is perfect for a relaxing vacation. There are a ton of outstanding restaurants within walking distance. Highly suggest! We were big fans of the hammock chair! Very relaxing.

Adorable house

We enjoyed our stay and utilized all the outdoor spaces including the roof deck, the pool, the hanging chair, the grill, and the covered porch. It was a great way to relax after walking around Key West. The house had everything we needed!

Perfect Little House!!

We had the absolute best time staying here. It is so close to everything. You can walk to pretty much anywhere you want to go. The pool was AMAZING for the afternoon cool offs after site seeing and restaurant hopping. I would 100% stay here over and over and over. Highly recommended!

Great vacation rental!

The house was exactly as described. Location was perfect for Duval activities. Thankful it had a small parking space!! The pool was great for the mid afternoon heat. Historic Hideaways was great to deal with, and communication from their team was very detailed/easy to follow! We will definitely stay here again.

Quick visit

We enjoyed poinciana house very much. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. We have 2 well behaved dogs but it’s difficult to find a dog friendly home to rent. Our younger dog had a ball swimming all day. We loved that he was tired out so we could go to dinner right up the street without any concerns. Will look into renting again hopefully in Dec for my husband’s birthday

Perfect location

Poinciana House is perfectly located within walking distance to everywhere! Hemingway House is right on the corner. Great restaurants within a 2 minute walk-Moondog, The Old Tavern and Beer Garden and our favorite Viva Argentinian Steakhouse. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is cute with a bedroom with its own seating area,TV and full bathroom. The other bedroom is located in the main part of the house next to the kitchen- more of a studio setting. Very comfortable house and nice bathrooms. Nice pool.

Perfect location! If you want to be close to Duval street then this is it. Within less than a minutes walk to duval, the Hemingway house and Moon Dog. And the plus side is you don’t hear any of the noise once you’re inside. The pool was amazing! The house was older but very clean, there are 2 window a/c units, I think there could be 3 but that’s just because I like to be cold when I sleep. Just a preference. There is a parking space for one vehicle and it would fit a small van/suv. This was our first time visiting KW and it definitely won’t be our last. We are already planning our next trip.
