The house was amazing! Lots of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing and plenty of space to all come together. The beachfront access was great with the sound of the ocean at night. Lots of parking and a well stocked kitchen made family breakfasts easy.

Beautiful private beach access and indoor amenities with flex spaces to accommodate large groups extremely well. We can't wait to come back! It's the pinnacle; it just doesn't get any better

House has everything you need and more! Comfortable beds, lots of space and a fully stocked kitchen. There’s easy access to the beach and a spot to have a fire for smores. Already planning out next trip!

Beautiful house, impeccably managed, right on the beach. Our family has been coming to Netarts every summer for over 15 years, and this is one of the loveliest houses we've stayed in. We rebooked for next year before even finishing our stay this year. Thank you so much for having us!

My family from Colorado came out for a visit and I found this place on the site. I am so very happy with my selection!! The house felt like home the moment we walked in. Clean, roomy and so very comfortable! The view we had out of our window was gorgeous! Beach right there for my babies to have the time of their lives. I will, no doubt whatsoever, re-book this home again soon!! Most gracious and kind host! You’ll have a blast and won’t be disappointed with your choice if you decide to book this home!

Absolute perfection and highly recommended!This is easily one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. It managed to perfectly suit our very large group, which included both an infant and a pet. Honestly, the pictures online don't do justice to how beautiful it is in person. The house itself, the stunning beach views, and the general ambiance felt like a fairytale.What we loved most was the balance of the location. It offers perfect seclusion for a quiet getaway, but it is also an easy drive to Tillamook and other highlights along the Oregon coast. Beyond the gorgeous property, Nick and Lynn were phenomenal hosts. They were warm, highly responsive, and so accommodating of our group's needs. We’re already missing the house and are looking forward to our next visit

Great place for a family vacation!

Lovely property that works well with large family. Enough space for everyone to enjoy the weekend together. We even attempted a bonfire in April!

Great Family Vacation

This house is amazing with a great location! We go to the beach every year with a large mix of adults and kids. This house had plenty of space for us to spread out, even the teen loved it!

Perfect family getaway

We had a great time and we lucked out on the weather. Nick’s instructions on crabbing and things to do was very helpful and the kids really enjoyed being a part of the crabbing process. Everything was very comfy and cozy and we all had a chance to relax and yet have fun. Highly recommend this place! Beautiful location, easy access to the beach and a super big fire pit for s’mores!

Great beach getaway!

The house was well set up with different areas to visit and connect and plenty of space for core family groups to have separate sleeping quarters. Our party loved all the crabbing and clamming opportunities and exploring the area! We appeciated the ease of check in, responsive hosts, and having everything we needed for a large family getaway.

Better than the listing. Wonderful

Lots of spaces to gather or get away. Beachfront view and access were the highlight of the stay. The large TV’s were fun for March Madness and playing video games. Kitchen was excellent for preparing large meals and well appointed. Would definitely go back when the weather is better.

Amazing!!

This home is perfect! Everything you could ever need is in the kitchen! Lots of room, great beds, fans in every room and tons of little things that make it feel like home. You can’t beat the location either…right on the beach! We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts!

We had an absolutely beautiful time! A few Perks were the beautiful yard and just a few steps To the beach. The house itself is gorgeous. I can tell the hosts have worked hard to update it and make it special. The hosts were also so kind! We would love to come back again!

Amazing house with breathtaking views

The house was very clean and very well maintained. House was well furnished and with all the essentials and more. The location is awesome with some of the most amazing views and polenta of privacy. The fire pit and private access to the beach stood out. Will definitely visit again.
