Beautiful home with breathtaking ocean views! It was perfect for a girl's getaway. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach- plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, games, and a nicely equipped kitchen. We've already booked our stay for next year.

Perfect setting for a family gathering. The place is immaculate, can't get any closer to the beach and town. Truly enjoyed everything and hope i can get back someday. Enjoying meals and evenings while watching the waves come in was true treat. Thank you for your hospitality Matthew and God bless you.

Annual ladies beach trip went off without a hitch. One of the most stocked kitchens we've had. Having 4 1/2 baths is essential for all of us and 6 bedrooms. There is no comparing the view! Literally steps to the beach. We will be back of you'll have us!!

House has a perfect location. Great if you have kids with you. Lots of space, and the bedrooms are great if you have a couple of families. Would rent this again.

What an excellent place to stay! The view is to die for. The bedrooms are all lovely and the beds are all really comfortable. The kitchen is so well supplied it has more gadgets and tools than any other home I have rented, so if you are a cook it’s really great. Can’t recommend high enough. It was like staying in a Nancy Myers movie. Can’t wait to return.

We have stayed here 6 times and it is an absolute favorite of our family’s. Direct access to the beach and an incredible view from both master suites, living room, dining room, kitchen and upstairs bedroom

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and very clean. The view out the back windows is breathtaking! Our family gathering had 10 adults and 4 small children. There was plenty of room for us. All the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were excellent in communicating with us. We came for a vacation and that is what we got! We made some unforgettable memories.

Wonderful stay at Rockaway Beach! There were a couple of very minor issues, but the host was responsive, kind, and quick to help. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

Amazing beachfront home. This home was a great space for our entire family to spend a long weekend at the coast. The open and spacious floor plan is perfect and the views are priceless.

Gorgeous location right on the beach with panoramic views and direct access to the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked. This was our second week-long stay, and would stay here again.
