This fully furnished luxury house situated in a lux neighborhood area/home - offers all the benefits, amenities, and pampering of a fully furnished private luxury residence. 4 bedroom (we have 3 bedrooms ready to go, if you need 4th / extra fee may apply). Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, digital door lock, vaulted ceiling ,big screen tv and walk in closet! Standout features!!! The 4th has no bathroom suite - its more of a childs room w wueen bed. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or working from home. Coffee station. 65 inch tv above the gas fireplace. Leather couch in living room, new flooring and modern updates throughout.

2600 square feet are finished out for a total of 4120 square feet.

Outside, take advantage of the large patio with an abundant outdoor lounge area.

Check-in begins at 3 p.m. You will be charged $30 if you arrive two hours early. If you arrive earlier than 2 hours, the fee for early check-in is $80. Check out at 10 am unless preapproved. Please check in before 8 p.m. or this reservation will be canceled.

Pets are not permitted. The owner is extremely allergic to both dogs and cats.

The home was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable.

Wonderful!

Soney is a great host! At check in, there was some trouble with the lock and Soney drove from a hour away to help us with the issue, and help set up an artificial Christmas tree to surprise my little boys. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and perfect for our family of 4. We were visiting family for Christmas, and it was great to have a central meeting point for dinners, visits, and just general family time. The house has a huge, well appointed kitchen, plenty bathrooms, and anything else you would need for a large family. This home has definitely made it onto our short list for future visits, we hope to stay with Soney again in the future!

The views of the SCENERY in the morning are spectacular, and the neighborhood has some fantastic restaurants and breweries. Each of the 3 bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and each their own bathroom and walk in closets. All 3 bedrooms are each a master bedroom. The 4th is a smaller bedroom. The house is tech innovated: wifi thermostats, water shut off, door lock, sprinkler system, etc. Furthermore, home was stylishly remodeled to reflect a modern, minimalist with a solid Greeley lifestyle farm house vibe. Talking about vibes, you will be comfortable and peaceful.
