Very communicative, felt welcomed and answered my questions quickly. Close to many amenities and the private parking is a plus. Quick hassle free check in and the little extra items in the house was much appreciated. Will return when we’re back in town. Thanks again.

Greeley Stay

Property met our needs. Weird parking situation with neighbors, but doable. Close to UNC campus if that’s your need.

Shelley, thanks for staying with us. Glad our location and property met your needs. In regard to parking, we have plenty of private parking, but it looks like a neighbor was partially blocking one of the two entrances to our parking area. I'll certainly inform them that this isn't acceptable, and it shouldn't happen going forward.

Although the property was clean, there were no trash bags, no laundry supplies, no or little shower supplies. Would expect these type of things to be on the property. As for the beds, only top sheets on the beds, no fitted sheets(while they were there, they were just stuffed in the closet)Overall, was disappointed. This is our 3rd stay in a VRBO this year and by far the least put together.
