PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: This listing is for the lower level of an over/under duplex; the upper level is also a short-term rental. You’ll have private access with your own entrance to the lower unit, plus shared use of the backyard amenities, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
