Burnt Store Marina is a gated community spread out over 600 acres with diverse housing styles. Located on Charlotte Harbor, only 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico through the Boca Grande Pass, we are surrounded by barrier islands with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world by way of boat or car. Our community is also unique in that it is one of the few gated communities with both a 27-hole golf course and a privately-owned marina. Don’t forget to visit our 3 restaurants, Cass Cay and the Trading Post down at the marina, and, Linkside Café at the golf club. Also within our gates are many independent businesses offering yacht & charter services, golf cart sales/rentals, kayak rentals, boat rentals and more.
Want to bring Fido, the dog ? No problem; we accept 1 dog up to 50lbs (No Cats please) see description for pet fees.

Perfect getaway! The condo was beautiful, with an unbeatable view of the marina. It had everything you could need—well-stocked, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The host stayed responsive and communicative from booking through checkout. Already counting down to our next visit!

Nature lovers

We loved our stay! We’re senior citizens who love walking , nature, day trips to nature parks and afterwards taking a dip in the pool. I highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous

Loved everything about our stay. The condo had a beautiful screened lanai where we spent most of our time watching the manatees. Totally enjoyed our time there. David was very responsive to any questions. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation

Burnt store marina is a wonderful place to stay.Had a few issues that management took care of.The condo was decorated very nice.Only negative thing would be location.You have a little bit of drive to stores and restaurants.Their also doing work in area and start very early..

Great location and views!

This condo was great for our family of four! It was clean, stylish and it had everything we needed. The porch has a beautiful view of the Marina at Burt Store! The hosts were informative and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice condo overlooking marina. Well decorated and plenty of kitchen supplies, plates, glasses... Beautiful sunset view. Restaurants on site are good, but close early.

Great View!

Great Condo with a wonderful view of the Marina and sunsets. We loved the walkability as well. We found the community very friendly and active. We love to golf and having that close by was awesome. Added bonus the weather was great!

Beautiful property as described. Unfortunately I was working disaster relief after Hurricane Ian and was not able to take advantage of all of the amenities, but caught some amazing sunsets while working on the balcony. I’m thankful to the owners for allowing me to share their amazing property!
